I purchased an iPhone 14 from this store last week and after a week of calling support for network…read moreconnectivity issues I was advised to seek a warranty claim. The phone support representative offered to process a buyer's remorse and wave the $70 restocking fee so I could have a be new phone but this would take time. The other option was to process a warranty claim which would take even longer and usually means I a reburbished device. If I wanted a refubished device I would have purchased one and paid hundreds of dollars less last week. To speed the process, T-Mobile Support suggested I ask the store to do this for me. Not only were they unwilling to wave the buyer's remorse charges, but they would also charge me sales tax again. They did not offer to help me with the warranty claim either. This is truely unbelievable. Luckily, when I called Support again, they were able to to connect me with Apple who miraculously able to connect me to the Network. Their unbelievable solution was to change the name of my device, so when connecting to Bluetooth or Hotspot the name of my phone would be anything other than iPhone. My problem is solvled. The only thing T-Mobile Support could have done better was recommend this solution. What could this store have done better? Stand by the $1,000+ devices they peddle on a daily basis. When a customer has a problem their job is to recommend solutions and never say no without recommending a soluton.

Maybe it's no fault of the wonderful staff at this location. But the inconsistency of the internet…read moreservice this company is providing has me pulling my hair out. I have call for IT help 6 times in 2 months. I have been placed on hold for up to 45 minutes between service reps. The best ones are the apologists who continue to say, "I'm sorry ". But, can't say what they did to be sorry about. So T- Mobile OverLords or Board of Directors if it matters I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Most were spent in California. I will be switching to AT&T or Verizon next month. In case you don't know there is a Cell Tower about 2 miles from my apartment in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

This company is straight up evil. You *** WILL *** regret ever signing up with them…read more This company is nothing short of predatory. I don't know how their executives sleep at night taking advantage of small business organizations everywhere. Oh yea, they're a monopoly, having sold their souls, they feel like they can abuse the public in whatever way they want. The first and most blatant abuse is their absolute untruths about the speed and reliability of their service. I was supposed to have 300 down. Not once did I ever see anything approaching that. I get it. Infrastructure may be shared, but if your average down speed is in the 20's, 300 should not be advertised. Second, they will insist on installing with installation fees even if the infrastructure already exists in. your building. But, because of this, you will later find out that you have a 2 year contract, which will amount to thousands. Third, they will decide without consulting you that your "installation" will require equipment that is unnecessary, charging you as much for their infrastructure **EVERY MONTH** what it would cost to buy brand new... not that you're getting brand new equipment. You're getting used equipment, and being charged exorbitant monthly rental on it. When I lost me lease, they decided I needed to pay them thousands of dollars because of this aforementioned contract ***PLUS*** an extra-exorbitant cost for their missing equipment, which I never asked for, and is marked at a price something like 10x what it is worth. Then, they'll turn you over to a collection agent, and harrass you for months. I'm sure some corporate flack will tell us that it was all in their 20-page contract chock full with fine print. This is classic predatory behavior. I'll tell you one thing, their salespeople and customer service agents don't know what's in their own contract because they are either brain dead drones or just flat out non-responsive. So, please learn from my mistakes. This company is toxic. Stay away. It requires a special kind of awfulness for me to wish for AT&T, which has its own problems, but I would take them 8 days a week over this vampire of a company. Shame on you, Cox.

I'd call and they would be like ok let's us put you on a new plan. I'm like seriously don't wanna be locked into another 12 months of high payments. Well they met there match last year with a new company that changed my mind from this business. Good ridence to this place. I never had a clear pic on my tv at all plus the WiFi and internet they provided was slow as all can be. Shop around there's better service for cable and internet!!!
