They also have a good selection of men's rings. They cleaned my ring and took links out of my watch in a timely manner. I had a few other errands to run nearby, so I walked to those places and by the time I got back it was all done - about 20 minutes is when I returned. I was ready to pay, but to my surprise they did not charge. Very nice of them and I will definitely be back to make a purchase sometime!

I've made a few purchases from this jewelry store over the years with little or no problems…read more However, the store has downsized and moved up the street to a much smaller location. Having had prior experience with them I recently took in a broken gold necklace for repair. After several weeks without any calls, I stopped in only to find that the necklace had been sent off to repair and not yet returned. After about 2 weeks I stopped in again only to find still no return. I directed the clerk to recall the item from repair, and I would be back at week's end to get it, repaired or not. About 10 days later I stopped in and retrieved the broken necklace. No mention was made why the item hadn't been repaired. Needless to say, this business will NEVER see me again for any reason, nor would I ever recommend anyone to deal with this business.

So of course I had to come here when grandma's charging port wasn't working. So this gentleman comes out, greets me, and asks me what he can help me with. I told him and he said he would take a look and see what the problem was. He took the phone into the back for about five minutes. It gave me time to look around the shop and see all the interesting cell phone and accessories they had available. And the prices were not bad either. Which explains why my friend continues to come here. The gentleman returned with grandma's phone and told me that the charging port had some metal pieces in it, and that he removed them and it's charging now. But when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge for cleaning the phone. I've have yet to visit a cell phone repair shop that didn't charge me for something. This is a first for me. And just like my friend, I will continue to come back here to bring my business. Five star all around for customer service and quality
