Poor customer service, lacking knowledge and products…read more When I went to buy my phone the store did not have any iPhone higher than 256GB capacity, so I had to buy 256GB phone since I had flight within an hour. Since they did not have good stock, the lady told me she would accept return within 14 days or replace within 30 days. On the 13th day, I called this store and asked what was last day to return and the lady told me it's today. I called ATT couple times, different representative, and another corporate store and they all told me it was next day. Since the lady at the store told me it was today, I thought the lady might not accept return next day and I left to go to store around 7:30 and on the way I kept calling the store to let her know I was going to reach at 7:50, but this lady the only employee at store did not answer my calls. When I reached at 7:52, she had closed the register. Initially she bluntly told me she can't take return now and I told her according to her it was the last day. If you don't take return I would be stuck. After denying few time she told me she would accept next day. She also tried to threaten me to charge restock fee which she did not mention when I bought the phone. In summary the store did not have enough product, the lady did not know which day was the last day to return, and denied service during store hours. Also did not mention restocking fee. too bad.

They are located next to a Home Depot and have a huge free parking lot that always has a plethora of parking no matter the time of day. Every time I return something from Amazon here, I always end up browsing around and then spend money at Staples haha so they're smart in being a place to accept Amazon returns! My last visit, I found some things on sale and one of the managers (I'm assuming) even stopped to ask if I needed help while I was in the aisle. Upon checking out, he was helping train a new employee and was very patient. I used a coupon that I received after returning my Amazon packages (another bonus for returning packages here!) which was a free hand sanitizer with purchase! The store itself is very organized and clean. Brightly lit with wide aisles and a lot of choices with office supplies and even some home items. I would say their stuff normal priced are a little higher but sometimes they have good sales (online too!). I highly recommend this Staples location for shopping when they have sales and especially for returning Amazon items!

He looked at the phone and advised that the issue was with the case - not the camera. He showed me the parts and cleaned the phone. No charge. Truth is- he could easily have scammed me and I wouldn't have known. His honesty is so refreshing - if you need a screen repair- you deserve honest and efficient service and he deserves your business.
