The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

When my…read morelaptop screen went dark, I took it to the store because I had a great prior experience with my husband's phone and a data transfer issue with my phone. He knew exactly what I needed in both previous visits and that's what he gave me .. the assistance I needed. Great guy to work with ... so knowledgeable, courteous, polite and re-assuring that there is a solution. So, I knew my laptop was in good hands. He diagnosed the problem, almost immediately, and delivered the good news, while I waited. Then he gave me my options and described the service that would be provided and the cost involved. He did not pressure me in any way, he left it up to me. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. And that is exactly what happened. The screen came in sooner than expected and my laptop was ready the next day at noon!! Juan went through all the repair details and saved me a ton of money!! This is absolutely my go-to store for all electronic issues. Honest, dependable, pleasant and reasonably priced. So go see Juan - you will not be disappointed!!

I tried cleaning the port and new charging cables, but I became convinced the problem was with my charging port. Over the last few days, my "charging technique" barely worked, so I took it into the shop. The man behind the counter took my phone in the back and reemerged a few minutes later with my phone charging perfectly. Lint, that I couldn't see with my magnifying glass, was getting compacted inside the port. He pulled it out and Wahla - my phone charges again! He said "no charge", so a review is the least I can do.     I never in my life was treated so disrespectfully by a store in my life all based off the fact I…read morewas white. I came in there with a problem and was directed to come into that store from 611 Customer service in regards to a free phone upgrade I didn't understand what was going on and they did nothing but agitate the situation instead of listening to me, sarcastic comments were made about my ringtone and one of them even wanted to fist fight me in the store at that point, they threatened to call the police on me and have me removed because 611 told me and they heard it not to listen to the store that the store was wrong and the store was telling me not to listen to Customer service that they were wrong and then I had some individual make comments in regards to my skin color and my ringtone because I'm Italian, I was called a clown and a whole bunch of other rotten names. How dare Verizon have garbage like this work for them and I am not letting it go. There's a lot more to it, but I would love to speak to a district manager or something because I am not letting this go

    Today I visited the Clifton Commons NJ store in hopes of replacing a glass screen protector for my…read moreiPhone. Through a corporate discount program, I am eligible for a 25% discount on accessories. After a half hour wait, an associate called my name. He brought me a Zagg screen protector that was priced at $59.00 and told me that he didn't see any indication of the corporate discount and told me that it did not apply. This happened to me once before at the Clifton store, so this time around I came prepared with a paper from the Verizon web website showing my enrollment in the program that entitled me to the discount. He told me there is nothing further that he could do and that I should call the billing department if I had any questions. I went ahead and called them and on-line, the discounted price showed up. The support person from the call-center was much much more knowledgeable than anyone in the store, and much more helpful. This was not the first time I received terrible service from the Clifton Commons store. Although the store manager was off, the acting store manager was very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. My recommendation is to avoid this store if it all possible.
