Each time I went into the store to work it out it never happened. This was very disappointing and ended up costing me an extra $360 and a lot fo time I could have been doing other things. If you're thinking of switching to Spectrum to save money you might want to pump the brakes on that because you may not end up saving anything.

I even stood directly in front of one employee at their station, and they completely ignored me and assisted someone else instead. I was holding the box with the part I needed to return the entire time, yet no one offered any guidance or assistance. After asking multiple times over the course of 40 minutes, I was finally told that I could have simply set the box down and they would take care of it. The lack of communication, customer service, and basic acknowledgment was extremely frustrating. A simple explanation when I arrived would have saved a significant amount of time and frustration.

    I had service with AT&T for over 20 years, I switched my service and number, as well as closed the…read moreaccount. It was paid in full and I did not owe them a penny. But 2 months later they just took a random payment out of my account unauthorized. I called them and spoke with a representative that confirmed that I did not have an account and I did not owe them anything. But still when I told her I wanted the money back she put me on hold for a very long time and come back on the line to say that there was nothing she could do about the unauthorized transaction that was taken out of my account. I recorded every single minute of the call. These people are absolute garbage. If you decide to cancel your service with them even if you're paid in full and own your own device. They will still take money out of your account, even with no authorization. This is complete garbage, I switched services because they just keep going up on my bill every month a little at the time until it was $96 a month for one phone, no hotspot. It's pathetic how they pray on the public if you switch your service. I suggest never getting caught up in their network. I wish I never would have started with them. They literally had the audacity to ask me if they could still use my data for other companies and products after the call. Never use this service I know I won't. I will get my money back. I did not even mean to give the one star rating, I accidentally hit it. They don't deserve that.

Top to bottom this is a terrible poorly run business. I have loved TMobile at every other location I've been to and the service in general. This place LOVES to sell its customers $10 activation cards (that mysteriously can ONLY be paid in cash) that lock the customer in to whatever BS promo they're selling on that particular day. Only location I've ever been to that REQUIRES cash. I asked other T-Mobile stores about requiring cash and they refuted it, happily took cards. This specific location on two separate occasions added stuff to my account (like those $10 cards) mid-conversation without approval then in two separate visits I was told verbatim "we can't let you leave without buying that card, with cash". The first time I thought it was inappropriate, the second time was after the store had closed with the metal gate mostly closed and felt like KIDNAPPING. I have debated whether to seek legal council on the matter. Suffice to say I will NEVER go back in that store and would suggest no one else go either.
