Workers were friendly but lazy. If you have questions or need help I'd visit a different location.

3G WIRELESS COMPUTER REPAIR store in Irving, TX is the absolute worst "repair" store in the…read morecountry. DO NOT take any electronic devices to this place. They promise to fix your computer but all they do is steal your hard drive out of your unit and sell you a "new" computer with NONE OF YOUR OLD FILES on it. I not only lost everything that was on my hard drive, but I was sold a counterfeit copy of Windows 7 on a refurbed Dell and I lost ALL of my data from my computer. I was told that my hard drive was "fried" and that they did my a favor by giving me the Dell with Win7 on it. After months of lies and long delays, I demanded my old drive back and of course, they have looked and looked for it and OH... this is your BAD drive back. I knew that I didnt have a Western Digital HD so I called his bluff and said that I had it checked and it WAS NOT MINE... the owner "Ali" shuffled me right out of the store and said "Well, I guess I will look for it again but you not come here until I call you , you loud customer and bad for my shop" PLEASE DO NOT USE this poor excuse for a repair shop. I not only lost everything (all my photos, my songs, my extensive music collection etc) but was lied to and told "Oh Michele....we found your stuff here it is... " so upon returning home and powering up this "found" drive, I found some other persons data which included her resume, her tax returns, her TCU teacher resume files not to mention her home phone and address. SO, I called this lady and needless to say, she was HORRIFIED by my call. To calm her, I had to install a program to completely erase her hard drive before returning the unit to Ali at 3G Wireless. She had given an old computer to one of her fellow professors and his kid had apparently taken it to 3G to have a virus removed and the same thing had happened to him. I was devastated and still am with the emotional greif that occurs when you lose precious photos and files due to a deliberate and intentional theft by a supposed competent "REPAIR" store. I reported the software piracy (the counterfeit WINDOWS 7 that who knows how many consumers have paid good money for) to Microsoft but I know of no results as to date. I have tried to contact Clear Com Wireless but cant seem to get past the sales force to relay any of my concerns about their "Authorized Agent' here in Irving, TX. I am just trying to save any other unsuspecting consumer from the nightmare and heartbreak that is 3G WIRELESS. This was a tragic lesson learned on my part and can only hope to help others avoid the same. Thank you for the time and space to share my experience.
