I assured him I'd leave a review on Google but my fun is Yelping. He gifted me a wonderful candle and I love candles so I was extra happy. His staff are oh so helpful and pretty and smart. Even though this is a full corporate retail location, the level of customer service you may receive is often contingent upon your needs. For example if you're buying a new phone then service can be amazing but if you have an account question or something that does not result in a purchase then the customer service you'll receive can potentially fall to a subpar level depending on whom is on staff at the time. Overall I have received pretty decent service but notably have noticed the difference in my own interactions as well as observing others while at the location. Just A Note: If you visit, I've always received great and consistent customer service from Tamika R., if all else fails I recommend her.
