I have received software and hardware support from India, Europe, United States and Canada. I have honestly never written comments or reviews about customer service or tech support but I had to make an exception in this case. I want to comment on order 63590 on December 8th. Jay Morales was the person who took my case from the beginning and I did not get good service. I got excellent service! He went above and beyond his obligations to help me and resolve my problem with so patience and courtesy. He is truly the definition of excelent customer service and it is people like him that make companies grow. I give him 10 stars for his tech support and I want to thank Tele-Data Solutions and Jay for a job very well done.
