I visited the store and was immediately waited on. The people were very interested in helping me. They found my information about my cell carrier and was able to release me from my carrier and transferred information from my phone to a new phone all within 30 minutes. ONE is saying it mildly. My husband and I went to the location at 2931 S McCall Rd, Englewood, FL 34224 on 7-12-24. I had purchased our new Revvl 7 5g phones online and was going to turn in our old Revvl phones and set up my husband's phone. As soon as we walked in the gentlemen that was in the front was rude and he just had a bad attitude. Made us feel like we were bother him from looking at his phone. As soon as I said about setting up my husband's phone he immediately asked for $35.00 and said if you purchased your phones online you have to pay for set up. I did not have a problem giving him the money. I set up my own phone and had a few questions that he could not answer. ONE being how could I change the gesture line at the bottom of the screen for it was just too hard to maneuver the screens in and out, He said," I could not for that this is just the way the new phones are". NOT. Had to do my own research and found in Gestures the navigation mode is how you change from the one line across to the 3-button navigation. Avery unknowledgeable employee and very unhelpful employee. SECOND I had brought in our old phones and thought we could turn mine and my husbands in at the store. He told us "We could not that we had to mail them in, that they are just a franchise not the corporate office." According to the T-Mobile website you can bring in your old phones. Again, a very unhelpful and unknowledgeable employee. THIRD I had the T-Mobile protective glass for him to put on my husband's phone and once again he said," I am not allowed to do that for if it gets messed up, I can't fix it". WHAT?? That is part of your JOB to help customers. I have had T-Mobile phones since living in Boston, MA and three years ago when we moved to Englewood, FL we turned in our old phones at this location and at that time got the Revvl 5 5g and other things. The girls who were at this store at that time were helpful, very pleasant and exceptionally knowledgeable about the products. Set up our new phone put on the protective glass and went over the features. Should we have any problems with our new phones I will be sure not to go to that location. Certainly, it needs more professional staff who is knowledgeable about what the products are and is willing to help CUSTOMERS. Without GOOD COSTOMER SERVICE stores will close for no one wants to deal with someone like this gentleman. read more

I came in to this location over a week ago for an interview. The interview went ok and before I left I wanted to check out the phones. I've been wanting to upgrade. Well after 4 hours of nothing making sense and me going to get my current phone repaired to trade in for an upgrade (50$) they told me... uhhh actually the phone you're looking for isn't available at all. Not online or in store...Instead of apologizing and realizing that was absolutely horrible service and completely misleading.... One of the employees said um actually why do you need that phone anyway? I talked to the manager... employees.... the worst customer service I've ever experienced... I will never come back here as a customer or employee... Shitty experience... The worst and all that hassle still no phone or apology. Go somewhere else read more

I purchased my Samsung Android J7 from your store on the advice of a very knowledgeable salesman. Over the past few weeks I couldn't transfer photo's to my computer. Friends tried to no avail. I followed instructions from Apple, Android,Samsung,Yahoo and Tom's Hardware to no avail. Today I stopped by T-mobile and explained the problem to a young saleslady. No problem I needed a Sandisk, which she sold me. Explaining that I would insert a small film into the back of my phone, transfer that to my Sandisk then plug it into my computer. She had to do something to the smaller film, didn't know how so called for help. Did what she was told, put it in the phone closed it up. Did all this while leaning one elbow on the counter. I asked how I opened the phone. "take a paperclip and insert it into this empty slot." OK thank you and left. Using a paper clip all I did was make the hole bigger, it never came apart, tried an open hole on the front, shattered the plastic cover.Then I thought what in hell do I do if it did come apart? Still can't transfer my photo's. Nope, I don't need anymore help. Don't call, T-Mobile and I are parting company, my phone looks sick so will put it out of its misery. It's tough to be old, my neighbor says I needed a Sandisk like a hole in the head. read more
