There was an entire 3 weeks that I didn't have internet and didn't reimbursed until I complained to someone's manager about it. Their service was under par to say the least and their maintenance people don't deserve any awards either. I finally gave up and canceled my service and went with Centurylink, it was hooked up in December and I have not had one problem since. The installer was polite and knowledgeable, severely different than what I was used to from Mediacom. I honestly can say there is no competition. Centurylink is the best choice for Camden/Shiloh location.

Today I tried to respond to an email, pasted the "to" address in the Compose box, and the address disappeared when I hit Send. Then it helpfully alerted me that there was no recipient specified, but again deleted the address after I typed it in manually. I had to shut down the computer and go to my phone just to complete this one short piece of correspondence. You'd think they would be embarrassed enough by this dismal performance to at least provide some support. But there's no longer anyone you can talk to by phone, and the chat is only open during business hours. After reading the other reviews here, I've concluded there's no hope of improvement so I'm out.
