I recently got the T-Mobile Wifi and it is terrible! It worked amazing the first three days and then stopped working completely. I can't even load things on my computer or type on a Google document. I called to receive help one time and was informed too many people who were not supposed to be on their tower were using it and causing people who pay for it to have worse internet. The man tried to help me and it worked for a couple of hours and then went back to being terrible. I had final reports and papers due today and wasn't able to complete two of them because the internet wouldn't allow me to do research or anything. I've even tried to reset the gateway and move it to different spots as directed and nothing has changed. I've called multiple times for help and have yet to have someone else pick up the phone after being put on hold for hours three different times. read more

I was in town for work and shattered my phone. This was the nearest store to me so I rushed over to get a replacement phone during a work break. To say that Josh was helpful is an understatement. He let me know my best options and tried to resolve my issue as quickly as possible so that I could get back to work. Unbeknownst to us, there was a system wide T-Mobile issue that prevented my service being switched over from the old phone to the new one, but Josh worked for hours after I left the store to try to rectify the situation. Also shout out to the manager Tyler that was also really helpful even though he was off the clock. All of the associates were so kind. I highly recommend this store and this team. read more

Worst customer service experience. Waited for a representative to become available. Finally after waiting the representative could not assist me with upgrading my phone. After all of my wasted time I was told to go to the app and complete it myself. Which I should have just done in the beginning. 10 mins to order online and complete my transaction. Not sure what the point of the store is if they cannot assist in person. HUGE waste of time. read more
