I have fought with the rebate department & have gone in person with the response it'll have to be resent in 7 to 10 days. The email never arrives, but the 1st email to confirm the process came to the email. But Verizon quickly took my AT&T phone with a credit of $800.00 that was applied no where on my account. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. I will be contacting a lawyer that deals in consumer law. Do not fall for the lies. I am coming across several people that I know that were scammed also. I hope Verizon loses all their business.

The customer service was decent up until the gentleman that was working there started yelling at my fiancé for warning another customer about the service. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we have been through the past couple days with this AT&T store. No one in the store knew what they were doing and had to keep stepping out to ask the supervisor for help. Since her manager was standing right there, I did not think that he would even allow her to lie. BUT HE DID! She said by adding a line I would get the free phone and there was a promotion going on that said she was able to also give me an apple watch and all I had to do was pay her the taxes. I kept all receipts and paperwork. Today my mom got the bill and it actually doubled. Also, that phone and watch that she said were free (with me paying the taxes) WERE ON THE BILL ALSO. The manager refused to refund us our money, even though we were within the 14 days and the girl stood in the store lying saying she had never seen me before. I HAVE RECEIPTS AND EMAILS WITH YOUR NAME CLAUDIA!!! THE MAN THAT I SUSPECT WAS THE OWNER BECAUSE HE WAS WEARING SLACKS AND A BUTTON UP WAS ALSO SITTING IN THE STORE LAUGHING AT THE WHOLE SITUATION. These people are crooked. AT&T says they cannot do anything because it is a franchised store. So if you have an issue with your AT&T bill or phone please go to the store on Juban Rd. They are a corporate-owned store (which I would not normally suggest) but at least they are honest and their employees and managers are held accountable for what they say and do. Because the franchise store in Walker is full of crooks and frauds. Who think they are untouchable.

I recently moved an hour and a half away, but still can't beat the deals and quality of what this store offers, so it's worth the drive!
