    Shitty service overall, I can't tell you the amount of times my service randomly cut out or my hotspot like I'm done with them

    I took my Xbox in to get fixed. They said it was $20 to check it out to see what's wrong with it…read moreand then they'll give me a price to fix it, I said Ok. So they call me the next day saying it was $140 to fix and will be done the same day, but I can get a new one for $180 so I said that's ok, I'll just come pick it up and send it into Microsoft. Then the lady tells me it will be two weeks before they can put it back together. That's crazy. So if I was getting it fixed it will be same day but since I'm not spending anymore money I have to wait two weeks. I went up there the next day to talk to the manager to see if he could help and I gave the lady in the front my ticket and she said come back after 4 and it will be put back together. So I go in at 4:30 and this lady is asking for my ticket. I told her... remember I gave it to you?! She said no ticket no xbox. Finally they let me have it after I showed my id. This place is a major scam. I was shocked at there customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a online store with other people's stuff that was left there because it seems they charge high price in hopes you just leave it there. I hope they put it back together properly. I can't believe there in business. Very shady!

    This place is one of two LG authorized repair facilities. I was skeptical due to low reviews…read more First I needed a new screen. That went pretty well he fixed it in my house. It didn't really fix the issue but convinced me it's a product issue not a screen issue. Well shortly after my HDMI port stopped working. AV electronics called again. Then the flood hit which delayed things but eventually we got together. I had moved the TV to climate controlled storage due to the flood. He wanted to fix it in my storage unit but it was to small. He took it to his shop. He also offered to keep it until I could bring it home. All together he had the TV for about 3-4 weeks. He dropped the TV off at my house. When I plugged it in and turned it on the screen had been damaged. It also looks as though there is a major problem with the motherboard, which is what he replaced. I went to his shop, he said it was my problem and there was no way he damaged the TV. So now I have a 3 month old $2,000 TV with an internally cracked screen and a bad motherboard. Basically a paperweight. When I went to talk to him he became rude and dismissive. I called LG and they put us on a 3 way call, during which he contradicted himself and insisted that I must have broken the TV. I'd stay away from here, I just wanted him to work with me to get it fixed, he didn't. I'll update the review if anything changes.
