Excellent service from Chelsea she immediately got what I wanted and got me setup and out the door in about 15-30 minutes. She was very tired after spending several hours transitioning four phones from sprint to t-Mobile. I talked with her earlier customers and they said she served them very well also. So I rarely go out and buy phones as it is, but today when I went to go buy my new phone I was really surprised. I didn't have to wait at all, the customer service was really friendly and she helped me right away. I was in need to find a new phone preferably the iPhone 12 max pro which they ran out of at every other store. Fortunately Vy was able to help me out and get me one ordered right away to my house with free shipping. She set up everything for me, I really didn't have to do anything but pay and sign a receipt. It will be shipped to my house in two days and I'm very excited and cannot express how easy she made things for me. I will 1000% bring all my friends and family here for further purchases and upgrades. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of my position and it made so much of a difference. When purchasing a new phone, you have to go through all these obstacles and codes to get your phone to work. I literally didn't do a single thing, she was able to walk me through two easy steps to just get my information transferred over and she took care of the rest. Today's visit was pretty quick and easy for me. Getting a phone seems complicated, but with the help from the staff it went pretty smoothly. Vy really went out of her way to help me, even though they were super busy. She some how managed to help me at the same time. I really enjoyed her customer service. I recommended my friends to come to this location, even with the drive I think it's definitely worth it. That's Just because every T-Mobile you have to wait or undergo some obstacle. 10/10 I think this is the best location. & if y'all come to this specific location ask for Vy. She's super nice and easy to talk to. Had I not had her I really didn't think I would get in and out so quickly. So thanks again for finding my new T-Mobile spot. read more

Super unprofessional the manager was not very helpful and the information was unclear employees didnt even know the answer to questions we had manager and employees were too busy screaming over nike products they were shopping for on the computer instead of helping us out so they could continue having the time of their lifes don't waste your timw coming here read more
