this store sux , not a corporate store and the owner want fix what her incompetent employee screwd up. she says it will be taken care of on your next bill but nothing ,contacted the district manager and assured me it would be taken care of . now that they got me passed my 30 day grace period and now they know nothing and dont see the promotion we were supposed to be getting . stay away unless you like getting screwed by tmobile. IN CASE IS DOESNT SHOW THERE LOCATION ITS AT 8876 DALLAS ACWORTH HWY , DALLAS, GA read more

worst T-Mobile store ever, the store manager Erica and Danielle lied to us about how much we were going to be paying on our plan, and now our plan is double the amount. We requested to give the phones back because we were lied to about the payment and even Melissa said she lied. And they told us that we were out of luck and had to keep the phones. so now we are stuck paying on phones that we were lied to about. This Store is a Gemec. And they will get there Karma. never coming here again. If I could rate this store under a 0 I would, very unprofessional read more
