I went to this store at approximately 10:30 in the morning, I had my equipment with me in a box, walked in and there was a Verizon employee assisting a gentleman, and a young lady employee standing at her computer, and there were no other customers in the store. After approximately four minutes and no one saying anything to me, I finally asked the young lady at the computer if she could help me. She didn't even look at me and said "someone will be with you in a minute." Approximately four minutes, went by, and she did not move from her computer. I finally asked again if she could help me, she looked at me and said "with your attitude, you want me to help you?" At that point I looked at her I said "are you serious?" I set the box down on the counter, said I had to leave and walked out of the store. I don't know what her problem was, but this young lady should be dismissed immediately!
