I'm huge on customer service. I've shopped this store several times and I'm always pleased with the warmth and professional service. The guys are always very nice. The young lady is nice and friendly as well. I called one day to ask a question and had to end the call before anyone answered due to my crying baby. Minutes later someone allied and asked if they could help as they noticed I called the store. The timing was perfect as my baby had settled down. The store is never busy. We always get in and out. My husband has complimented the service on separate visits as well. And to add a bonus they call me by name. I'd go out of my way to visit this particular location as opposed to the other two nearby. read more

This is a dealer store location, not corporate owned. I've never been of fan of secondary or dealer stores (they don't always play by the corporate rules) but this location has friendly staff. They do provide the T-Mobile Tuesdays app benefits for freebies, etc. read more

So T-Mobile is know for their great deals going on right now. So I decided to inquire and swap carriers to save money. So this was my first time into the store front. There actually was no one in line so that could be an indication of great service. However that was not the case as I quickly learned that the phones I wanted were not in stock. The sales associates are still new and working through most of their training so most task are long a drawn out. So be prepared to wait for the phone sale process to go threw. I recommend packing a lunch. It will take sometime for them to work the out their issues and customer service. Maybe cooperate will send some trained professionals to work out the bugs. read more

Fraud and Deceptive practices. Bait and Switch. Purchased a Samsung Note 10 in January 2020 under the promotion of getting a Samsung Note 10 free. For 6 months I tried getting my free Note 10 but to no avail. Also since this time managers and employees have been either fired or let go for other reasons. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE.
