I don't have to worry about waiting all day to get my phone back and I know it's in good hands. I've been here 3 times and each visit was more pleasant than the last. Nathan is super friendly and really knowledgeable. He even helped me figure why my phone was being so slow and fixed that too. I won't go anywhere for tech help or repair.

If you don't know Office Max, it is like an Office Depot with more options, and like a Staples that sells printers, computers, office furniture, artwork, and more! We parked, walked in towards the back where the office chairs and furniture was. Actually saw alot of desks that I liked, and could have brought when I was looking for a desk back in like March/May. One even had lots of storage that came with the desk. Again, not that we were looking for desks but, if anything should have came in this place sooner! Anyways, we looked at office chairs, and they had plenty of all shapes and sizes. One good part is that they had them all out of their boxes so that we can physically sit on them. My parents found a chair that they liked, however, it was a little pricey. So unfortunately we walked out without buying anything, But will keep this store in mind for our office needs!

My brother needed a new speaker for his iPhone 12 ProMax. We took it to Best Buy. They said it…read morewould cost $89 and it would take 45 minutes but we'd have to make an appointment. We took it back the next day for the repair. They couldn't fix it, didn't have the part, and said we'd have to wait for them to order the part from Apple (a week to ten days) and that Apple forced Best Buy to hold the phone all that time because they feared we wouldn't actually buy the speaker. Let me just say the Geek Squad is going downhill very fast and we took the phone back. Still inside Best Buy I started googling, I called a local business who quoted me $199. I moved on to the next local listing, the Cell Phone Doctor.. They were closed, but I left a message and was awakened the next morning by a return call from Bill (Moore), the Cell Phone Doctor. I was already surprised! He quoted me $50 for a new speaker or $35 if he could just take the back off and clean it. Well that was certainly worth a shot! Next day we went to the Cell Phone Doctor (located in Surfside Beach inside JerriBob's Pack and Ship) who took the phone for about 5 minutes then handed it back and said, "How does this sound?" OMG!! The sound was like new!! We were all thrilled!! When we went to leave, we learned that he didn't;t even charge us, because he didn't even have to take the back off. Just cleaned it from the outside. I had to buy a new iPad because The Geek Squad couldn't figure out why my iPad had stopped working either - ! And even though I have a new one, I can hardly wait to bring my old one to Bill, The Cell Phone Doctor!! I'll bet he can fix it!! (And I don't think it's too late to bring it back!!) I have definitely found my new go-to phone / iPad guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL MOORE, THE CELL PHONE DOCTOR!! And his business card says he does "screens, Batteries, Charging ports, Board Repair and much more"!!

You replaced my iPhone screen with the wrong screen, and another certified repair shop confirmed it was not only the wrong part, but you also left the plastic backing on--which could have seriously damaged my phone. I already returned to the store and was told the screen was correct, but I now have professional documentation proving otherwise. Your store associate gave "Sam" keeps giving me the run around and saying the manager that took him 5 minutes to remember his name, Jim, will call me back and has not yet. If this isn't resolved by Monday, August 11, I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Apple, and local consumer protection, and will move forward with legal action and government resources.

There was no line and we were greeted right away. His prescription was ready and the pharmacist asked if he had any questions. The demeanor of the pharmacist was pleasant.
