I returned the battery to Interstate and asked for a refund on the defective Interstate battery. The store said the battery was good, but they would test it to make sure. Two weeks later, I received a voicemail from the Interstate store saying the battery was indeed bad. Again, I asked for a refund, but they refused and gave me a replacement battery which at that point I didn't need. In addition, on the receipt for the replacement battery, they entered customer "did not like" for the reason instead of defective battery. This store is dishonest, unaccommodating and obviously sells defective batteries. Avoid at all cost.

I called for an eye appointment and the exam was fine. But when I got tot part I was supposed to pick out glasses, the assistant barely helped me. I was really needed help because I have a wide face and I had my young son in the baby carrier. The assistant brushed me off and acted like I was a second class citizen. Then he suggested that I come back because he was busy. He was busy... I never came back. I will and will continue to pay out of pocket to Walmart before I ever come back there again. Never again. Side note: when I was waiting for an assistant, I spoke with a family of three young daughters who needed glasses. They were trying to figure out how to pay 850 for their three kids.
