manager at this store believes it is an acceptable "cultural thing" for him to assign a rep to a man who walked into the store, ignored women on the line, and approached rep with his issue. The rep hesitated and looked at the line and consulted the manager. Without explaining to the next person on the line, or even apologizing for the wait, or even making eye contact the manager tells the rep to help the line skipper. I get it if I am going into an ethnic market might be different, but this is t-mobile and the employers are young. Anywhere you go it is the representative or cashiers job to teach ppl when they walk in and don't understand what a line is. And good customer service will acknowledge and apologize or explain in the moment if something comes up. What you don't do? You don't completely ignore your line waiters, help the cutter, and then expect them to like you when you turn to the next person on the line to ask if theirs is a "quick" issue. My simple issue didn't even require troubleshooting, sales, or billing but you didn't ask that before you decided to take the line cutter first. To make matters worse, when I complain you try to make excuses... including the cultural one???!!! This is Brooklyn in 2025 and you work for an international company. if you don't want me to accuse you of gender discrimination then you need to do better and learn how to communicate by either explaining exceptional circumstances or by making everyone follow the same rules and treating ppl the same. read more

I got a service from 115 Church Avenue Brooklyn 11218.When I opened an account,they didn't give me the right information and they charged all kind of fee.They never gave a credit and I payed fully.So I closed the account.After 6 months,they put a report about 347 dollars without a concern,no bill,no letter or notice. It's a shame when not only are the employees of a store incompetent but also the manager himself. I came in with a smile on my face, simply to get my tempered glass replaced on my phone. I had previously purchased the tempered glass that comes with unlimited in store replacements (that's why it's kind of expensive). So I went in to have this done and they repeatedly told me they refused to do it, had never heard of that tempered glass, and then when the employee didn't like that I had exact locations where I'd had this done twice before she said some rather unsavory things under her breath. The manager encouraged it and backed her up. Needless to say - don't go here unless you enjoy this kind of experience. The employee literally said she goes there, collects her check, and goes home - clearly insinuating zero care for the people that come through with any issues they need help with. Worst customer experience this far with Tmobile. The assistant store manager was not attentive or didnt even want to help when I needed a new phone. I needed to transfer all my data over to my new phone and was told they are closing in 45 mins and after 7 pm all there Systems go slow ?!!!!! You can't be serious I was told to come another day to transfer my data ! Unacceptable! No one cared to help at all. This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldn't even give 1 star. I live a few blocks from the store but I will never set foot in it again. In the span of 2 weeks I needed to get a new phone & both times I left more frustrated & had no help from the staff. They have an attitude(there seem to be the 2 same people every time I have been in there) & both seem to be more than happy to go out of their way to do nothing to help. On my last visit(today) I thought the representative was working on my dead phone problem but when I finally asked( about 5-10mins later) she said she couldn't do anything& I could try the Flatbush store. Never bothered to say anything until I asked. Both were staring at their phones & computers which lead me to believe they were working on my problem. I went to this T-Mobile and was assisted by Shandre. He was so polite and courteous. I just recently purchased wireless headphones along with upgrading my phone. Going from Apple to Android was a bit of a hassle but he took his time to explain everything to me. The best part was, he was able to transfer all my pictures and videos along with contacts with NO PROBLEM. He took his time to show me how the wireless connection works. I only gave this 4 stars because the prices are RIDICULOUS but the installment payments make it worth it. read more

Excellent service from Ivana. My husband and I needed to replace a SIM on a family plan. We were worried about the cost and even being able to make the transaction, on account of not being the main T-Mobile account. Ivana walked us through everything, put us at ease, got us a new SIM and installed it for us. Everything was extremely friendly and stress free. I have a high opinion about T-mobile customer service. I mean, they are amazingly nice when you call them for any reason. This location is a horrible outlier. I called this location to check if they had black iPhone in stock, they said they do. I came, there was a short line. The manager came to me and asked me what I was there for, I asked about back iPhone 6, she said they had them. There were just two people before me. Once it was my turn, the same manager said THEY DON'T HAVE black iPhones, only the other two colors... And i saw that people before me bought something else so it means the manager was lying from the beginning, knowing that I'll probably just opt for a different color. Then, my sales person announced that he will not sell me the phone for the full price, the SYSTEM WON'T ALLOW him, that they gotta sell it to me with CREDIT INSTALLMENTS plan.. (What??? Is your store have some kinda sales goals which go against my goals???) When he announce there only a couple of plans that I can choose from (Again what???) At this point I started fuzzing and they sold me phone for full price with a plan that I wanted. And there was no problem with the system. Horrible, horrible experience!!! read more
