This definitly wasnt the first time I have been to this location but its definitly the last. This location closes at 8 I went to go add some accesories to my line on the night of 11/15/17 but at 7:25 the store was locked up which this definitly wasntsnt the first time ive run into this I called and asked if they could open to help me being a tmobile customer which he reluctantly agreed. The guy who "assisted" me had quite a rude demeanor and acted as if he didnt even want me to be there which i find unacceptable as a loyal customer. I definitly wouldnt recommend this location and I am starting to have thoughts about switching carriers if this is how tmobile representatives treat their customers read more

She was ok in the beginning then she seemed annoyed and attitudish that we where asking her questions. Worst experience ever. They deleted all of the data when transferring it to my new phone. What part of a data transfer involves deleting data? Don't trust them, they have no idea what they are doing. Ok I have to say I had the BEST experience ever at T-mobile on Farmington Ave in Bristol, CT. I had been researching, gearing up to switch from AT&T to another carrier, T-mobile was the best choice for me, but I was hesitant to proceed. You know how complicated it can be and also how time consuming to switch carriers. The credit check, the device trade in, the number switch....I could go on and on. Nothing about this process appealed to me in any way. I was dreading going into the local store to do this, but it had to be done cause AT&T is just outrageous. So on Saturday 1/14/2017....I made my move, preparing to spend a good amount of time trying to get this done. I needn't have worried! I walked in the door and was greeted by Mike....a big guy with a full beard, wasn't sure how this was going to go but let me tell you Mike took care of EVERYTHING! He was knowledgeable of the product and company, as well as having knowledge of the competition. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. His explanations were informative without being condescending at all! Mike took cate of everyrhing from helping to decide my plan and device to canceling my AT&T account and transferring all my data and number. Literally all I had to do was sign a few forms and within 30 to 45 minutes. Mike and T-mobile were/are fantastic! I am now a happy T-mobile customer. read more

My cell phone has been on my son's contract with AT&T for several years. I am hard of hearing and like so many older folks I don't understand modern electronics very well as the problems being solved these days by electronics I have long since resolved by older means. I mostly use the cell phone for texting and for its excellent camera. And of course a cell phone to an older person can truly be a life-line in case of an emergency. My son has decided to switch to T-Mobile and over the Thanksgiving weekend we went together to make arrangements. I was told that I would receive an unlocking code in a few days. My son returned home a few days later - he lives in a distant state - but I never received a code. I waited a week and then went back to the T-Mobile office. A tall bearded young man eventually spoke to me and his advice was that I had to go to AT&T and get the phone unlocked. During the twenty minutes I was at T-Mobile this person never looked at me and spent the entire time looking at this own cell phone screen or speaking over my head to other people in the store. I went to AT&T as he had suggested but of course they could do nothing for me. The following week I went back to T-Mobile again and was assisted by a young lady named Art who promptly solved the problem, gave me her business card and told me to call or text her or come back to the store and ask for her if I had any further issues. Art seemed very competent and clearly knew exactly what had to be done. I am certainly glad to have found someone at T-Mobile who was not only gracious and attentive but so quickly was able to get my cell phone working again. Thank you Art! read more
