Laziness, rudeness and dishonesty. Tmobile lost the IMEI for one of my trade-in phones and told me to go into a retail store to have the issue corrected. An employee here told me I would have to return the phone, then re-purchase it to get my trade in credit, AND that I would have to pay a $70 fee for the privilege. I told her I was not going to pay to fix Tmobile's mistake and I wanted to speak to the manager. Manager Mike was uncooperative, hostile, incompetent and lazy. He said waiving the $70 would reflect poorly on his store. I asked why that was my problem? He said there was nothing he would do to help me. I said HE should call Tmobile to confirm everything I was told and that THEY were supposed to fix this issue for me, as the error was Tmobile's fault. He told me to call them myself as he wasn't going to do it. I said I was going to take a picture of him so I remembered his name when I spoke to his boss. He whined that taking pictures in their store was "illegal." It is not. That is just a lie. It might be against their policy, but calling it illegal was a lie designed to intimidate me. I put my phone down without taking the picture. I said if he didn't do SOMETHING to help me I would cancel my service, and he looked at me with this smarmy contempt on his face and said he wouldn't help. I told him to "Go F___ himself," and left. Today I learned to Manager Mike filed a complaint against me with Tmobile corporate for saying a single curse word to a grown man who deserved it, and for taking a photo of him WHICH I DID NOT. When I left the store, another customer who was also being treated like crap (he had some issue that Tmobile told him to get handled in store and just like me they told him they would not help) came up to me and said "It's always like this here. They're horrible." So, save your time, your money and save your sanity. This location is poorly run by an unhelpful, arrogant imbecile. I truly hope Manager Mike takes my 3 words of advice to heart. read more

My husband and I stopped by for me to get a new phone and Damon helped us right out of the gate and showed us some great deals. Even though my husband wasn't looking for an upgrade he ended up doing so and got a great deal out of it. He was very helpful to walk us through everything. Damon shift was over so Mike and Lauren ended up helping, which they were assisting from the beginning as well they were super sweet and helpful as well. I highly recommend this team as they were easy to talk to and nice to work with. It's rare to see great customer service so it was great to see them go above and beyond! Avoid this store like the Plague. Wanted to leave my current carrier and come to T-Mobile. So 3 sale people working at this time, I got sales rep #****791 she gathered my information and started doing her thing. The other sales person came over and tried to up sale from the plan I wanted. IN SHORT THEY DID NOT TRANSFER MY # FROM THE PREVIOUS CARRIER OR ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD. THEY ONLY WANTED TO COLLECT THE MONEY AND OUT THE DOOR I WENT! So 24 hours later and without a working phone. Worst Customer service I've ever experienced. Do NOT go here. Trash. Went here because we heard good reviews, not about the location, about the service. They didn't acknowledge us at all. I went to T-Mobile at Prairie Center Parkway Brighton Colorado to get a screen saver replaced. I had purchased the yearly program back in January. . The manager was very rude and said there's nothing in his computer that shows that I had purchased it. I had to drive to the Stapleton T Mobile 3800 Quebec street Denver . Jason the customer service person looked it up in the computer replaced the screen and was I treated with respect, and the best customer service. I would not recommend the Prairie Center T mobile or the manager in that T-Mobile store to anyone!! Drive to the Stapleton store . I would give T-Mobile at Prairie Center a Zero rating!!!! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could but I had the worst experience here with an employee named Yesenia. I had to work but I needed my new phone activated first. I had bought a used iPhone 8 on let go (bad idea to begin with) but I went to get it turned on at this location where Yesenia told me that's she would take care of everything and I could head off to work. The phone worked great for about a week then the service stopped working all of a sudden so I called the store and they kept saying my service was active but it's clearly was not cause I had the phone in my hand while I was on the phone with them. I asked if I could refund my service since I paid for an unlimited plan and paid for nothing basically, and the person on he phone from this store who didn't mention their name told me I could indeed have the refund if I came into the store with a receipt which Yesenia did not provide me when she told me I could go off to work and said she would take care of everything. So I said exactly what happened on the phone with 611. I said you can see the transaction on the store camera, so could I get my refund. It turns out the device I purchased on let go was not fully paid off, so that makes it technically stolen from the company which was my fault because I should've checked the imei before getting it activated, but they should've never told me that I could have my refund and not give it to me. And I think it's ridiculous that she didn't give me a receipt. And they should've checked the imei before activating the device because the service got blocked and I blew money on this company for nothing. You're staff know nothing about technology which is baffling to me. I would never use t mobile for phone service again. Verizon gang over here they checked the imei numbers for me on my new device and made sure I could use the service. The people on the phone each time were saying different things seems like the company doesn't really have it's ducks in a row and it's really irritating. read more
