Heck, the coverage around Arkansas is spotty as I learned when I was in north Arkansas and a friend of mine on AT&T was laughing at me because he had coverage and I had to drive about five miles before I did. I'm torn on how many stars to give this place because the folks running it deserve five stars, but T-Mobile itself deserves about three for great prices but bad coverage. I can't say enough good things about the store and the people running it, but T-Mobile needs to put up some new towers or something around here. If the company can solve the "spotty coverage" issue, it may turnout to be the best mobile company in the area.

Just a great experience from start to finish. Totally validated our decision to leave AT&T - we did it for the savings and Justin's great service sealed the deal. Not your average experience.

After replacing his battery, they sold him a warranty as well. Now his phone DOESNT WORK RIGHT! Ringer is totally broken. He took it back they told him if they go in the phone and (the screen breaks) while THEY ARE FIXING THEIR SCREW UP he would have to spend another 200 dollars to fix it! THIS IS NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND ETHICS and taking advantage of my father who isn't tech savvy at all. He barely had the 200 to begin with.

I took the phone to uBreakiFix and the tech said they were very difficult phones to repair. Another tech then told me he wouldn't do the warranty repairs because of a small spot on the top of the screen that goes no deeper than the screen protector. Now I'm stuck paying for a 1200 dollar phone that Samsung had already agreed to warranty because the tech didn't want to do the repairs. The screen was fine until it BROKE IN THE MIDDLE. How about addressing the real issue!!!!!!! This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. And don't bother calling the phone number at Asurion. Sounded like a party going on in the background. NO HELP THERE EITHER. Please don't respond with some patronizing garbage. You guys are terrible. No excuse for bad business ethics.

In February of 2022, I went to the AT&T store on Alcoa Rd in Benton with the intention of upgrading…read moreto an iPhone 13 and setting up an installment plan on that phone. The rep who sold me the device - instead of applying that installment plan to my existing number - added a third line to my account and applied the installment plan to that. He did not disclose that information. He then set me up on auto pay and paperless billing - making it unlikely that I would notice. My account was billed for an UNUSED third line for a year and a half before I noticed. Shame on me, right? After calling AT&T's helpline, I was instructed to contact the manager of the store that set up the account. So I contacted Aaron at the Benton store on June 16. He explained that he would need to speak with his Area Manager, but that she was out of town. He would follow up with her and she would be in touch with me. Since that time, I have received no call back and have called the Benton store many times, leaving at least 5 messages for Aaron. On one of those occasions, I spoke to Durrell. He assured me that he would look into my issue and call me back. He has not. I have now placed NINE calls to the store with 0 satisfaction.

Got me the best deal within my budget & I saved $$$! Sometimes I'm ready to switch (when I have service issues -especially around my neighborhood.) But just speaking about THIS location at Alcoa Rd -THEY ARE GREAT! They have worked to get me the best deal / options for my budget. I've come here to purchase a basic phone for my mother-in-law, one for my side-hustle, and today I finally got an upgrade for me! Nick and Joseph made sure I was completely satisfied. What made me write this review is watching how they treated their customers, despite sometimes having difficult people to deal with. I observed them helping an older couple that came in with problems paying a bill. They showed so much patience and took time with them -slowly showing them the steps. Most places would have turned them away. That's why I still go out-of-the-way to go to this location! Hope this was helpful!

I came to pick it up and paid $109, then right after we leave the shop it turned off and does the same thing again. When I got the phone back(speedy service) it was very difficult to text on. It got really hot when I talked on it also. I was worried it would blow up so I went back and said it didn't have a problem when I brought it in the store just needed screen replaced. Now it has 2 extra problems. Went dead within an hr of being fully charged and also got hit. They said they would replace the battery for free. I did this and it would charge but still hot every call. I took it to another place and got new screen put on even though it didn't need it and the phone is perfect yet again. Always remember it costs more in the end to go cheap and then take it for same repair elsewhere than it does to go with high end service from the start. Do not use this company for screen repair.
