If you knew what horrible service I've received there are not one not too, but seven different occasions in the last couple of months. This is about Home Depot, I drive from Diamondhead because they offer excellent customer service, a better selection at better prices and their employees actually seem to be happy. They're there and interested in assisting you. Tonight I have the pleasure of working with Kris in the lumber department. I was a bit stumped on. Not only was he personable and professional, but he quickly found exactly what I needed, made some great suggestions, and did so in such a pleasant manner that I will definitely ask for him next time I come back and need help. Not only is Home Depot. It's right off the freeway, but like I said, it's worth the drive when you can get good customer service which seems to be to Lowe's. I just want money because they are only in town. Well fine, I'll just take my money and give it to Home Depot since they seem to care about the customers .
