CONS: Not many cons & NOT the fault of this store - Don't always have my color preference in stock - AT&T service sometimes drops my calls & meanwhile my work phone (other carrier) will work More Detail: I've been using AT&T for years, okay, decades! Sometimes I'm ready to switch (when I have service issues -especially around my neighborhood.) But just speaking about THIS location at Alcoa Rd -THEY ARE GREAT! They have worked to get me the best deal / options for my budget. I've come here to purchase a basic phone for my mother-in-law, one for my side-hustle, and today I finally got an upgrade for me! Nick and Joseph made sure I was completely satisfied. What made me write this review is watching how they treated their customers, despite sometimes having difficult people to deal with. I observed them helping an older couple that came in with problems paying a bill. They showed so much patience and took time with them -slowly showing them the steps. The rep who sold me the device - instead of applying that installment plan to my existing number - added a third line to my account and applied the installment plan to that. He did not disclose that information. He then set me up on auto pay and paperless billing - making it unlikely that I would notice. My account was billed for an UNUSED third line for a year and a half before I noticed. Shame on me, right? After calling AT&T's helpline, I was instructed to contact the manager of the store that set up the account. So I contacted Aaron at the Benton store on June 16. He explained that he would need to speak with his Area Manager, but that she was out of town. He would follow up with her and she would be in touch with me. Since that time, I have received no call back and have called the Benton store many times, leaving at least 5 messages for Aaron. On one of those occasions, I spoke to Durrell. He assured me that he would look into my issue and call me back. He has not. I have now placed NINE calls to the store with 0 satisfaction.

I came to pick it up and paid $109, then right after we leave the shop it turned off and does the same thing again. We from Louisiana so we don't have time to bring it back but I probably wouldn't because it's a waste of time and money.
