After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. I went for…read morea camera lenses repair because I was told by my phone service if I got it fixed, I could get full price trade in value. The repair was $96 and took them 9 minutes to do. When you have the camera it looks as clear as I can remember, thankfully, but on the lenses itself, you can see dust particles and the broken glass from the original lenses underneath. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.

Sham. As an update: I have been contacted by the owner trying to give me gift cards and other things to make up for my experience if I promise to remove my review. My phone was fixed by another reputable company and I do not want anything from your store. Moreover, this is a review site where we write honest reviews of what happened in our business interactions. I trust and use Yelp myself for many different things and would hope I'm receiving honest reviews which is exactly what mine is. I am not going to get paid off by a business owner. They also have one of their friends harassing me on Yelp with multiple messages asking me to take their deal and remove my review.

It still played music, I just wanted to fixed the screen. they charm you into signing the contract without reading it by making conversation while you are going over it. thennnn when I came back to pick up my Ipod, the manager brings it out to me and says okay well we were able to fix the screen but something went wrong with the mother board. I try to charge it and got nothing. I come back and tell him I was not pleased and he says "we let you keep the screen!" are you kidding me? So he gives me about $30 out of the $80 I paid them to basically break my iPod. do me a favor and just skip this place and go somewhere more legit. thanks

We have been in the store for new iPhones, 15 pros, and a good Verizon deal. It's better than what…read morewe had with our "sprint" phones, and we could easily get more off with our previous iPhones. We are still working on the details with the arrangement and trying to clear the old iPhones of our data and get them back to factory settings. I had a higher review for you guys, but then we had to come out 2 more times and it took us about 9+ hours to return 2 factory reset iPhones and make a deal and get the paperwork approved for 2 new iPhones 15 pros. Took my rating from a 4 to a 2 star review. The reason it wasn't a 1 star was because our sales person was in on 2 of his days off and he was very nice with us and I think he was trying to get us the best price available; but he didn't seem like he had the best experience and know how to do it, and we just didn't have the time for sitting around for 3+ hours straight. After saying he would follow up in 2-3 days!? If I didn't defend myself I would have been harassed and forced by Anthony deliberately trying to make it so I am past the 30 day return. I am now returning the phone to the same store tomorrow after getting it fixed in 30 min with customer care regardless if after 30 days. Do not come to this store. Anthony is of poor character and ethics. I myself used to work for Victra before I was an ops manager. I would never treat customers like this! I'm going back to verizon! I was very glad that he helped me as some of the questions were more technical, and I didn't know how to answer them . Phone came in via UPS in less than a week. At that time I went to T-Mobile to get my old phone information put on new phone. Kevin was the person who helped with this task transferring all Aps, pictures, mail etc to the new phone. He also helped with my selection of a magnetic charger, case, lens guards and screen saver. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Could I have purchased some of these extras somewhere else and saved a couple of dollars? I'm sure I could but some items I thought I wanted from Amazon would not have worked with my new phone. Kevin steered me in the right direction with a smile.
