Manager refused to help me figure out how much energy I need for the job, just stood there like a scarecrow with no help or input. I took pictures of the amperage/ wattage placard on my 2 appliances. He said that he didn't know what any of that meant. I will drive 3 hours to avoid purchasing anything from this ignorant unhelpful bastard. Wasted my day and money that I would have made had I just gone to work. If he represented my store, I'd fire his dumb ass immediately!

Verizon would have never let me go without or let me transfer my phone without payment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from all verizon services. They arent even the best network anymore or the fastest as they state. I have had att verizon and tmobile. Service isnt noticeably better at verizon ist actually slower and more dropped calls than the other providers. Stay away from att too. They suck just as bad as verizon especially customer service.

Since they have few employees, they sometimes close if people call in sick. When they are there the service is great, but I have driven an hour to get there to pick up important prescriptions only to find a sign that says "Closed today. Sorry for the inconvenience " I wish they would change the recording to warn customers that they are closed, or to busy to answer, or request a call back. There's no way to tell unless you drive there.

He took his valuable time to not only prioritize us in our emergency, but explain the issue to us, and also spent a lot of time calling around for the needed part. Unfortunately, our particular issue could not be solved in time to meet our travel plans, but we were very pleased that Yelp sent us to Vance's shop! His truthfulness regarding our issue and integrity regarding charge and followup were excellent. Best customer service I have ever experienced in 40 years of cycling. Ken and Rhonda A.

He got me a quote within about 5-7 days of course the price for the repairs I couldn't beat! The knowledge and knowing he was going to fix it correctly the first time (and tune it some as it has never been tuned with over 500 miles on it) was something I was willing to pay and expert to do. And it's exactly what I needed. He was so kind and willing and helpful to answer questions I had but mainly we just talked as I am quite comfortable with bikes and motorcycles I just needed that confirmation that the frame was indeed sound and that the parts that needed to be replaced were down correctly. Vance reminds me of my brother very old school yet thorough with his work and doesn't nickel and dime you just cause. I paid a very fair price for his experience/time and his keen eye I feel safe back on my bike and have tuned up brakes to boot! I am not sure what the problem is in the 7 plus year ago comments probably had a bad apple working in their shop and it bled over into the reviews. But my take on him and his lovely wife is A++++ shop! Also- I think a lot of people are in such a hurry for their things to be done. I just sent it over and got out of his way- when I got a call I got a call. I never called or dogged him for an eta I let him do his work on his time. I think people get into that "when's my stuff done" mentality and that's when you get a tough time working with folks. I always approach things with catching more flies with honey! He's has one cool little shop and even a cool mini lift for his bikes which I thought was soooo cool! He's got it down to a science to make his job easier and I love that for them! Great job sir thanks again! -Terralyn Phillips Zenterra Massage
