I went to the emergency room and they saw nothing. So I contacted Dr. Cozzetta and he was able to see me very quickly. Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM
