We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Jim learned I depend on my phone 24/7 so he found the time......to aid me in my plight. After 45 minutes and after researching the issue...I was restored to A-1. I'm in another state so I was a nervous wreck about him getting where he needs to be. I sent him my old (dead) iPhone 6 that had a bad battery (I upgraded but kept the old phone). My mom took him (as a favor to me, they aren't married anymore!) to the Apple store for a new battery and then to this ATT store to activate the phone. The gentleman that helped them, Eton(?), my mom was raving about him. He was so kind to my dad and helped him get all of his grandchildren's photos off the old phone and onto the new one. He took care of my dad and I am so grateful. Kindness and customer service go a long way.
