The manager would not help us and that we needed to make an appointment through him. He wouldn't even talk to the sales person who was right there. The store was totally empty. He said the next slot was in a few days. I needed to go out of town so we had to go to an independent phone dealer, wait 45 minutes till they got back from, and pay on top of the typical activation fees extra to get our phones. they also sold us a phone case that broke right away. Next time I had a problem I went to the Davenport store. Extremely nice people.

Hey guys, I…read moredefinitely wanted to take some time to post a review on my experience at this particular Boost Mobile location. What brought me into the store originally was to upgrade my Iphone 6s to a new Iphone. When I entered the store I was greeted by Katrina and Suihen. Katrina sold me on the Iphone8 plus.I appreciate the help she gave me when it came to product knowledge on the phone, However my intention was to boost up you only have to put $1.00 down then they add $33 to your bill each month. the phone retails at $449.99 on the Boost mobile website I asked if that's the price that would be honored in the store. Katrina said it would. When I asked what the total pay back would be on the phone she stated I would receive a email shortly explaining the details. Which I never did. Also I needed a new phone case for the phone and I asked Katrina the price she said 'it was included with the purchase of the phone'. My total leaving the store came to $150.00 I repeatedly asked how we went from $1.00 to $150.00 she stated activation, taxes, and boost up cost.... OK cool. When i got home I realized I was charged $64.00 in accessories I never asked for , also was told it would be included with the phone purchase. Also I was charged full price for the phone which is $549.99. I called boost customer service to get some clarity and get this issue resolved and I was told when using Boost Up and doing payments you do not receive the promotional discounts offered on phone's you have to pay full price. This is understandable. What isn't is Katrina not being up front and honest when it comes to the terms and conditions of using boost up, also lied about the phone case being included. All for a sale. Had all this been explained upfront I would've saved myself $100.00 and just bought the phone out right. Do not use this fraudulent location they clearly use any sales tactics to con you into spending unnecessary money.
