Other seniors in my mom's building were without internet, tv and phone. God help them if a senior without a phone has a medical emergency! They said they could not classify it as an outage which would get someone out sooner. It is a "maintenance" order and will be out in 48 hours. The public is not allowed to talk to the department that classifies whether it is an outage or not. The public is not allowed to speak to the maintenance department. Terrible company!
