Run!! do not walk away from this company..RUN!! They are awful, suck you in, rip you off (i.e., I returned the "tower" in the correct fashion they advised me to do...what I got was a $295 charge for a "damaged" unit!! ). No matter how hard you try to talk with them, they don't care!! They gauge! read more

We needed help canceling service with AT&T, so I stopped by this FM 1060 location, and Garrett had great knowledge and the willingness to help. Thank you, Garrett, for taking the time to help. You made this so easy after the nightmare with AT&T. Amazing customer service, Garrett! read more

I don't even want to give this place one star. I called TMobile because my phone wouldn't turn on. They said they'd send a working phone to this store. I went to pick it up after a few days and they wouldn't let me have the phone. The alleged reason: only corporate stores can exchange phones when the old one doesn't turn on. They wouldn't even let me use their phone to order one to be sent to a corporate store! The man said I had to drive there! I just got off work and had to add another 25 each way of driving time to my day plus the time spent in the store. The corporate store (actually the area manager) called that store and said to release the phone to me but they wouldn't. I went in a couple days later and asked to speak to the manager to let him know what happened. An employee went to get him and said he wasn't there and didn't know where he was. She called him and said I can talk to him on the phone. I said I don't want to if he's driving, it's not safe. She told me that he'll pull over in a parking lot. I spoke with him and told him what happened, he totally acted like the employee was right not to let me use the phone and that I was wrong. He had an attitude with me. I also mentioned I thought it strange that his staff didn't know he left for the day. He told me a perk of being a manager is he can leave when he wants and doesn't have to tell anyone. That doesn't sound like a good managerial skill to me. I've been with TMobile eighteen years but I don't think I'll make it to nineteen. I have had so many problems since then and not just with this store. Everyone says they'll make it right but nothing changes. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

had a screen replaced a month a 2 days ago and screen started to mess up came back and the guy said…read morethat he could not do anything for me except for replacing the screen again for 10 dollars cheaper. then he tells me they dont offer any type of warranty since they are after market parts. they claim they use premium quality parts. but the quality parts they use fail after a month. then he tells me it depends on what screen was installed. i was never given an option on what screen they could install. he said only thing he could do is install another screen and knock 10 off. so he is telling me if this screen fails again after a month i would have to pay another 65. so i would have to invest 65 every month. i did check the phone when i picked it up and it did work but usually things dont tend to mess up until after a while of usage. yes the price is reasonable but quality is questionable. i did say i would go back for future repairs but after this i dont think so.

He isn't there to dazzle you with his knowledge (although that might happen along the way). He knows your main concerns are 1) What's wrong? and 2) How much will it cost? Not one time has he been unable to solve the problem, or given us a price that wasn't reasonable. That his shop is conveniently located near I-10 is another bonus. So before you take your computer to a big-box store or someplace you see on the street, either of which is likely to turn into a stress-fest, let CCX have a look.
