had a screen replaced a month a 2 days ago and screen started to mess up came back and the guy said…read morethat he could not do anything for me except for replacing the screen again for 10 dollars cheaper. then he tells me they dont offer any type of warranty since they are after market parts. they claim they use premium quality parts. but the quality parts they use fail after a month. then he tells me it depends on what screen was installed. i was never given an option on what screen they could install. he said only thing he could do is install another screen and knock 10 off. so he is telling me if this screen fails again after a month i would have to pay another 65. so i would have to invest 65 every month. i did check the phone when i picked it up and it did work but usually things dont tend to mess up until after a while of usage. yes the price is reasonable but quality is questionable. i did say i would go back for future repairs but after this i dont think so.

This review is to recognize two employees who went above and beyond to help my father set up his…read morenew phone. He unfortunately didn't get their names but he visited on Wednesday 1/5 around 11 am and they made such an impression on him (I can only assume they identify as female, but I truly apologize if I am misgendering). I can't tell you how much I appreciated hearing of this positive experience. This man does not have wifi, cannot remember any passwords and does not speak perfect English. Yet, these two employees teamed up to help him and were so kind and patient the entire time. He was so pleased. And so am I. Thank you! T-Mobile, because of these two employees, my opinions of your company have greatly strengthened. Customer service is THE HARDEST job there is, especially during a pandemic. Please hook them up! They deserve it!
