Today, I arrive at the AT&T store in Derby, KS. Located at 2901 N Rock Rd Ste 1300, Derby, KS…read more67037. I ask to speak with the manager, Eric. Cody tells me he has no way of getting a hold of Eric or Stacy (District Manager), then proceeds to help another customer. I ask another employee, Aubry & ask if she can help me. She says yes and sits at my table & I begin to explain the situation to her. Within seconds of speaking, Cody decides to stand up from his chair and begins yelling and accusing me of saying something false. I quickly interrupted him and told him to help his customer and what I am speaking with Aubry is no longer his business. He gets emotionally upset and then yells me to leave the store or he will call the police because he would not allow Aubry to speak to me. Aubry, the customers, and myself were in shock of the crappiest service I have ever witnessed from an employee. I left the store, made a recording of what took place, then proceeded to the corporate store in Wichita to speak with the manager there, Andrew. He made some calls, sent an email to superiors, to expedite this issue to be fixed. Andrew had a difficult time getting a hold of Stacy so he sent an email to him, along with his superior and I am currently waiting on a callback to see what is being done with the first account. All I am asking is confirmation that nothing is owed on a cancelled account that has my name on it. Having worked in many professional fields, regardless of what position you are in, nobody deserves to be treated like I did today from Cody. Aubry, the customer in the store, along with the cameras, are my witness to this event. I initially wanted to file a complaint to get him re trained on speaking to customers. After his disrespect and threatening to call police so my issue (that an AT&T employee mistakenly made) cannot be solved and I'd be forced to take a hit on my credit report. I am calling for Codys relocation to another store or termination. I am standing by for AT&T leadership to get involved in this matter.

He promised a receipt, but didn't put it in the box like he said. Althought he was helping me, he stopped to help 3 other people all while making me wait while I was there first without no explanation, he could have said let me help these folks here because it will take longer to hel pyou get your ph one, but he didn't. I was actually about to leave the store and I wish I did. He told me that the privacy screen protector came with me phone. Does that cost, extra I asked, he said no. He didn't pritn the receipt. I call AT and T when I get home and I see that he charged me $55 for the privacy screen protector when I said I didn't want anyting extra and he said it was free and it was not. I also found out that with my trade it that it will be $20.96 extra, which is not the guaranteed $15. This happened 3 years go when I went to the store, the associate told me that all the air buds were free due to a special, but I was later charged over 36 months for them. This store and it's management liars and very deceitful. I am going to the store today to return everyyhing and going to go with Verizon. If a larger man named Cody offered to help you, go elsewhere!!! I give them a -10 for deception and since this happened 3 years ago when I went there, I am done with AT and T completely. l complained about this before and no one did anything.

I may or may not sell my iPhone each year to buy the newest one. I've used Blazing Electronics…read moresince at least October of 2017. Actually it may have been 10 years or more by now. I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. I replied "I would like a refund for a purchase that was not, and is still not satisfactory" he then suggested I buy a new one.
