If they break your phone while repairing it and you have to come back and spend an hour and a half…read moreeach way in your vehicle for them to fix what they broke, I feel a person should at minimum be compensated for the fuel it took to get there. His comment when I asked him about it was "That's not part of the program. " To that, I replied "Well, I didn't break the phone. You did. " He, again let me know that I should not be compensated for the inconvenience, my time or the fuel it took to get there. I then said "So, I guess my time and my money don't matter. " He then said "Well, I'm not going to argue about this. " I told him i didn't come here to argue. I was very polite and just felt like I was being wronged. He said he would replace the back glass on the phone and nothing more. I said I wasn't trying to gouge him I was just hoping he would, at least, give me the $20 it took to get there and home. He snapped the back glass onto my phone and handed it to me and told me to have a nice day. I told him the same and told him to read the review and he said he would. When I say "He", I am referring to the owner.

We sat there for 2 hours waiting, got charged FULL PRICE for a 11pro max, when we have 3 already on the account, and was intially told we would get 350 off at first...and walk out of there with no phone!!!(due to whatever reason on their end) No compensation, wasted 2 hours of our time, got charged our account 200$(they couldn't get that off either for whatever reason)...No nothing!!. The lady's name was TRACI!!.. Worst representative I have ever dealt with!!.. her fault or not, she should of tried to make things right!! DO NOT GO TO VERIZON!!.... SPRINT!!

I am tired of Covid being an excuse for poor customer service. There were at least four employees…read morethere but after one finished with her client, she went in the office and never returned. Only one other person was actively helping a customer and after waiting 30 minutes (she texted someone to come help me after waiting 15 minutes and no one came out) so I left. All I wanted to do was buy a charger for my car. Problem solved--ordered from the Apple store. It will be here on Thursday and I got free shipping. I don't have to be ignored in the store again. There are lots of other shopping options now! You would think that they would want to keep their store open and their customers happy.
