It's a shame I have to give them one star for wasting a lot of my time. I hear they used to be…read moregood, but that's not the experience I had recently. I live in FL. I made plans to go to Ohio to meet them because I want them to auction a property I inherited. The day before Brian Miller and I were supposed to meet in Ohio, the guy says he is busy and can't meet me. Nope, not even for a coffee at any Starbucks. They charged me an exorbitant amount to have an estate sale (they made more than I did) but I still wanted to move forward with the auction of my father's house. I called the guy several times for the paperwork (he was too busy to write u[p the contract, apparently). The last time we spoke, he said his wife had an accident and he had to watch the kids and he'd send the paperwork to me Monday. Monday came, no paperwork, still nothing Tuesday or Wednesday. I texted him, saying I'm waiting on the paperwork because I want to get this moving, He texted me back a terse, "Sorry but I can't help you." I tried calling him (obviously he had his phone in his hand 2 seconds before to write the text) and he didn't pick up. I asked "Why?" in text - no answer. Ever. I tried calling him several more times and he obviously doesn't want to talk to me. Whatever. I moved on after wasting several weeks with this guy. I guess he doesn't have time to work.

I had a few issues with my outside electrical outlets ... Steven arrived in a very timely fashion,…read morereplaced two bad GFCIs, put new covers on all of the outside outlets, replaced a recessed lighting fixture over my garage, and replaced a light switch in my laundry room that was starting to have problems; everything was done quickly, looked good, and most importantly worked as it should when he was finished. Steven was great; he was personable, and went out of his way to find all of the GFCIs and checked to make sure they were functioning properly and safely; the recessed light and indoor light switch were afterthoughts on my part, but he just went with it. Great service at a very reasonable price. Not only will I use them again, I'm considering them for a project that I've put on the back burner for years.

GREAT SERVICE! Honest & professional!…read more The All-Star tech even found that the "new" septic effluent pump (installed by another contractor that day) was incorrectly installed because it always run - even after the tanks were pumped dry. The original contractor disappeared before All-Star arrived and they never checked their work and we had no contact for 2 days! All-Star saved us from getting screwed out of $3500 by the others! Even though the pumping job was completed (clean up etc) and All-Star had no obligation to do so, they still called a couple days later just to see how things were going and if we were able to get the pump replaced. It's the little things like this (communication, honesty, follow-up, NO BS) and when someone goes out of his way to help and show they care!! Trust All-Star to do it right - THANKS!
