Customer service was very poor, non-professional...have 3 lines already and this lady still charged us full price for the 11 pro max...DO NOT GO WITH THIS RETAILER....HORRIBLE!! Let me rephrase that.... We sat there for 2 hours waiting, got charged FULL PRICE for a 11pro max, when we have 3 already on the account, and was intially told we would get 350 off at first...and walk out of there with no phone!!!(due to whatever reason on their end) No compensation, wasted 2 hours of our time, got charged our account 200$(they couldn't get that off either for whatever reason)...No nothing!!. I am tired of Covid being an excuse for poor customer service. There were at least four employees there but after one finished with her client, she went in the office and never returned. Only one other person was actively helping a customer and after waiting 30 minutes (she texted someone to come help me after waiting 15 minutes and no one came out) so I left. All I wanted to do was buy a charger for my car. Problem solved--ordered from the Apple store. It will be here on Thursday and I got free shipping. I don't have to be ignored in the store again. Terrible experience. Went in with my mom to ask some questions and to put an account on pause and the lady working was extraordinary rude. Assuming because we weren't trying to buy anything they she was working on commission, she was being extremely disrespectful to my mother. She was just leaning on the counter staring down at her device and giving my mother short responses and undermining her. Making my mom feel stupid even though she's very much not, this lady put the account on pause, told my mom she'd still have to pay for this month because the bill was already cut. Which is no problem, but my mom was asking why she didn't just tell her this and she could've paused the account at the end of the month because now she's paying for it and it can't be used. As my mom was explaining this this worker wasn't understanding and instead of trying to understand she was trying to make my mother feel like she doesn't know a thing. Terrible customer service, finding a new location to get help from from now on for sure. read more

I've visited this store several times in the past year, and to be honest, I'm not very impressed. The service is very slow, end of story! They took my name down and didn't assist me for at least 20 minutes each time, not to mention the store was never very crowded. Basically, the service "professionals" at the store are inadequate. They don't have the attitude to go out of their way to help you like you'd expect from an employee. One thing I noticed was, the employees barely know how to work the service tablets they carry around... One employee had to ask his supervisor how to work the device on several occasions, which just took extra time. The supervisor was very helpful each and every time I went to this particular Verizon Wireless, but it seemed like he was the only person in the store who knew what he was doing. Don't you think the employees would be trained how to use the equipment at work to begin with? Another thing I don't like about this store is they never have any phones in stock, if you want something new, you're going to have to order it and wait several weeks for it to come in the mail. The only positive thing I can say about the store is it is exceptionally clean and has plenty of areas for you to sit while you wait on the slow, mediocre service. All in all, it was a very below average experience. They can do much better. read more
