His comment when I asked him about it was "That's not part of the program. " To that, I replied "Well, I didn't break the phone. You did. " He, again let me know that I should not be compensated for the inconvenience, my time or the fuel it took to get there. I then said "So, I guess my time and my money don't matter. " He then said "Well, I'm not going to argue about this. " I told him i didn't come here to argue. I was very polite and just felt like I was being wronged. He said he would replace the back glass on the phone and nothing more. I said I wasn't trying to gouge him I was just hoping he would, at least, give me the $20 it took to get there and home. He snapped the back glass onto my phone and handed it to me and told me to have a nice day. I told him the same and told him to read the review and he said he would. When I say "He", I am referring to the owner.

We signed a 2 year contract for a buy one get one iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Mini. They say our bill will be high the first few months as the whole setup cost settles, "sure, that tracks." 6 months later our bill has only gone up. We finally have had enough of waiting for it to settle, go take another look at the numbers. Turns out that we're paying for both the iPhones. BOGO was BS. No fine print, just lies and practical robbery. I'd say it's my fault for not being more cautious but I'd be wrong. TL;DR: This is a fake Verizon, go to a real one and ask if they are a subcontractor or corporate (you want corporate) unless you want to get scammed.
