His comment when I asked him about it was "That's not part of the program. " To that, I replied "Well, I didn't break the phone. You did. " He, again let me know that I should not be compensated for the inconvenience, my time or the fuel it took to get there. I then said "So, I guess my time and my money don't matter. " He then said "Well, I'm not going to argue about this. " I told him i didn't come here to argue. I was very polite and just felt like I was being wronged. He said he would replace the back glass on the phone and nothing more. I said I wasn't trying to gouge him I was just hoping he would, at least, give me the $20 it took to get there and home. Finally answered the phone today I asked if he had my control board and he hung up on me. And then blocked or disconnected his number. Don't trust a word he says. He is only trying to rip you off. WORST PLACE TO TAKE A COMPUTER !!! Do not ever leave anything valuable with this man!…read more I have a $1,500 gaming laptop that I took to this guy last Monday. I left it there until Friday because I felt uneasy leaving my laptop there even though he was "diagnosing" it. I asked him to let me know everyday what was going on and how my laptop wa doing. He agreed that he would contact me everyday BUT DID NOT. I had to constantly text him and 90% didn't get a reply back until the next day or hours after!! So I took my laptop back Friday and when I got home my windows 10 installation CD was missing from the box. This guy took it out of my box and kept it! He even took it out of the plastic case it was in and tried to keep it!!!!! So I had to go back and get it tonight as well as the 12 missing screws off the back panel of my laptop. He tried to give me a windows 7 CD as if I wouldn't notice and the wrong fucking screws ! He gave me a mixture of different screws and claimed they were mine. THEY ARE NOT. So now I have to spend money to buy new screws because this guy couldn't be organized and put them in a plastic baggie and label them with my fucking name on it so they wouldn't get misplaced !!!!! And to top it all off he claims my dc jack needed replaced if that's even true . And he said he ordered the part on Tuesday and it would take 3-5 days to arrive. It's fucking Wednesday of next week and he hasn't informed me about shit else! I asked for the tracking number and he gave me his email which he never even responded too which didn't surprise me!!!! So he probably never even ordered the part like he said he would. I'm convinced he stole my hardware from my laptop like my graphics card and other things but little does he know I took 3 videos stating where my laptop was, who it was with and what I expected to be in there once it was returned. I saved all our text conversations and if he stole anything I will be reporting it to the police because I have receipts and my order information from the company who built my pc and a copy of everything they put in my laptop so if anything is misssing when I take it to a LEGIT shop tommorrow I will be calling the police for theft and this business will Ben shut down. So I hope you read this Sam Lorenz if you have any of my stuff you better let me know now and you know who I am. I have everything and all the proof I need to shut this shit down.
