No customer service omg. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. They don't give you lil "we'll be with you in a moment" type of updates. Went in for the tmobile Tuesday item and was waiting about 20 mins until I overheard them talking to the current customer about the promotions in how t mobile don't offer those to third party retailer. I just left. If they are going to lack customer service skills and if they know people are going to be coming in for the items they should just put up a sign or just say it immediately after greeting people. Heck the customer was more apologetic and saying sorry for the wait than the actual employees. They never apologized for the wait or anything. They need some training read more

Well, not much has changed-- I figured the reviews were old so lemme give them a call! HAHA, no. The customer service ALONE drove me to another store. We are all going through so much outside of COVID, be grateful you still are employed. The T-Mobile employees on the phone in other countries are more efficient, solution-focused, & KIND. I am a techie and apart of a few nonprofit organizations that involve online safety, our privacy laws, etc. 2020- everyone is working from home now. Naturally, this year has consisted of identity theft, sim card swaps, spam texts/emails, malware, spyware, etc. I have had to get FOUR new sim cards this year alone due to my entire life being stolen since February. Nearly every other T-Mobile store I have gone to have genuinely given a shit. Not here. Old reviews still apply. Carry on! read more

This is probably the worst T-Mobile store I've been to ever. And I've lived in several big cities. They seriously give no f***s. Some of the worst customer service while making you feel stupid all the while. Terrible sanitation too. No one was using hand sanitizer or wiping anything down. Stay away from this one. read more

Pleasantly surprised! I wasn't happy that my situation caused me to have to go into the T Mobile Store on Riverside and Pleasant Valley Austin, TX. Everyoneine was super friendly when we walked in. I went to get my phone fixed today and had the greatest experience with Robert!!! Your the best!!!

Went in today to transfer photos and contacts from an old phone to a new one. Even though the new phone was a brand not sold by T-mobile and bought off Amazon they were happy to help. The whole process only took about 20 mins and it's like I did not miss a beat changing phones. I have had T-Mobile for 16 years and have been to dozens of stores. This was by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have experienced. Also not pushy and were able to help with a charger when we noticed the one for my new phone was not made for American power outlets. read more

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. Are there not any managers there? I was trying to pay my bill and all the employees kept chatting it up. Finally, someone helped me but was interrupted three times during out interaction. If I haven't been a customer for so long, I would switch phone carriers based on the fact that they have horrible employees that do not care if the customer has a good experience or not. These people really don't care about the costumer, and to them it's obviously a job and a paycheck. One time I went in to get a new phone, I hadn't backed up the phone and they said they'd do it at the store. The next day I go in and the girl deleted everything on it, so I lost any evidence I had for a cash wreck I was in. Patiently I stayed with the company, but the other day I went in to get a new phone and the guy working didn't tell me it would make my bill higher and I was supposed to get $100 back to my account. No money has been put on my account and I owe more money on my bill because of the employee not explaining there would be an extra payment on the phone. The people that work there really don't care about the costumer. So we'll see how long I stay with this terrible, terrible company. read more
