I've visited this T-Mobile location twice now, and both experiences have been great. The first time I came in, the employee who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made switching services such an easy and stress-free process. I had ordered a phone that I had to pick up from the Green Hills location, but unfortunately no one there offered to help me set up the phone or even explain how to get everything started. Because of that, I came back to this location for help -- and I'm so glad I did. The team here was once again incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. Everyone in the store had a great attitude, the store itself was very clean and organized, and the employee assisting me took the time to show me exactly how to fix the issue I was having while transferring my data. The level of customer service at this location is honestly night and day compared to Green Hills. From now on, this is the only T-Mobile location I'll be coming to. This store lied and ripped me off with a previously bought phone. Told it was a pay as you go and a year later couldn't use. Called main customer service and said that was not available anymore and offered me a monthly charge plan but I only need a phone for when I rarely get out and for emergencies. They offered me little help with this old phone. Also, continue to see pre-paid phones advertised by T-mobile. They are all worthless staff. I so agree with all of these other poor ratings. For this specific location ONLY. I have NEVER been to a T-Mobile where it was obvious and evident that the associates working there did not want to work there. One of the guys had another associate tend to me when he was sitting on his ass doing absolutely nothing. They couldn't help me with my need but regardless, any other T-Mobile location would have at least TRIED to offer a solution or take advantage of a new sales opportunity with me. This location should be closed or COMPLETELY re-staffed. read more

Had to replace my screen protector, per my add on bought plan, they didn't have the correct screen even though on the phone they said they had it. Came back a week later after they ordered the correct screen protector and the employee screwed it up putting it onto my phone. Definitely reminded me of the 3 Stooges. The Tmobile I usually go to closed down inside the mall :( so now I was stuck going to this retail store. *** This review is ONLY for this location, not any other location or the Tmobile Service its self!*** Walked in and waited forever. Finally when I got some help I explained to the lady that every hour my phone would pop up a box that says can not upload photo. Ok, this has been popping up on my phone for months now and im just annoyed with it. So the lady took my phone delete my browser history ( which I already had done) cleared my cache ( which I had already done), takes the battery out and puts it back in ( already did that too) and then says well we can do a master reset and see if that works. I asked if they had a way to save all my contacts, photos, music, videos, etc so I wouldnt lose them, she said No, I would lose everything, it would be as if I had a new phone. Oh heck no! I have tooooo many numbers and stuff in this phone to be dealing with that. If I wanted a new phone and lose all my contacts then I would buy a NEW phone! So needless to say after spending 45 minutes in this place and getting nothing accomplished I was frustrated. And now almost a year later my phone still has a random pop up box but for some reason it had dwindled down to 3 or 4 pop up boxes a day. Now Tmobile as a whole I LOVE! I have a great unlimited plan for cheaper than sprint, att, verizon, and cricket so I cant complain. I get great service, signal, and customer service is great too. Horrible place for customer service. Don't even bother going here for help or getting a new phone. Completely understaffed and unorganized. I went there to pay a bill and waited 45 minutes which is ridiculous. They need to add a waiting list or a kiosk like Verizon Wireless. Alex was a great help, the big white lady named Lindsey I believe was rude. She must have been the store manager.She said everything with attitude. So many upset customers in this location. There were 3 reps there and the hispanic guy one was talking about the weather for a good 30 mins with customers, while other people were waiting. If you need to pay a bill, do it online. Going in person is the worst and you have to wait so long. If I could give 0 stars then I would. read more

Do not go to T-Mobile. As another woman noted, I too was charged between $600-$700 for services I never needed or wanted. I was told they would credit my account - not refund it - credit my account which could be used to cover future bills. I fought back, closed my account and demanded a check for the amount owed to me. After contacting the FCC to file a complaint, I did receive the refund. But I will never go back. Overcharging a customer one dollar or two is one thing. Several hundred is not "by accident" - but intentional. Steer clear of this company. As for this location, I was with a friend who stopped to look at phones and we waited over a half an hour without acknowledgement or apology by staff. Keep right on driving - there are plenty of other companies who are honest and attentive to customers. read more

We usually pay our bill online, but for some reason we chose to pay it at the store that day. My husband had monthly T-mobile for over 2 year, and ofcouse they want to get us into a contract. They ended up convincing us on getting a contract, because the phone we would get would be the Samsung Galaxy S3. They also told us the bill would only be 79.99 monthly with everything unlimited. They charged us the first bill, a $30 activation fee, that we would get back on the first bill, and $200 for the phone with $100.00 main in rebate form. The first month can and there was no $30 credit for the activation fee. The bill was actually around $140. It was crazy, we went back to the store and they said the person who sold me the phone who is the manager there made a mistake the $30.00 credit was no longer an offer that I qualified for. They also broke down the bill for me, they told me the original price on the phone was $600, and I would be paying around $35 dollars monthly for the cost on the phone. The plan was $79.99 plus tax. So my bill would end up being around $140 monthly. I told the sales rep that I was not paying for the $30.00 activation fee that i should get a credit, because I was told that when signing the contract. They told me they had given me a credit for the activation fee. So I pay the remaining balance. One week goes by and my husbands phone is disconnected due to an unpaid balance. My husband was working so he ended up paying the balance. That money was never was never giving to us as a credit, our bill is around the $140. As soon as we finish the contract, I will no longer be in service with you! You lied to us, and made us almost double the original bill cost. read more

Only giving one star because I have to. WORST PLACE EVER!!! Do not switch to T-Mobile in the first place, so many problems with not doing what I asked after I spent hours on the phone having them tell me they will fix the problem and then never do and always try to charge you extra on your bill . But if you already have T-Mobile DO NOT go to this outlet. I walked in and the line was out the door. The woman was literally an idiot. She told me there was nothing she could do for me, and told me I had to call into T-Mobile from my own cell phone.... When I was standing in a T-Mobile!!!! Obviously they don't train their employees.
