Got both tmobile phone and net, They shut down both without giving us a warning text or anything, only 36 hours later did we get a text, and we couldnt even access the bank site to transfer funds to pay them(had to beg our medical care hospice helper to use AT&T hotspot to pay) we were told that the internet was the best for our area, A f*cking lie. Three weeks ago, I switched 25 business lines from Verizon to T-Mobile, and it has been a nightmare. I had an authorized employee visit the store, but after 30 minutes, he was unable to receive assistance. They expected me to come to the store to validate him, even though he is listed as an authorized user and had the account PIN. It makes no sense for me to leave my store just to validate an authorized user. I have never experienced this type of issue with Verizon. They call it "top-of-the-line security," but frankly, I don't want it. I want my authorized users to be helped when I send them in. The store manager, Leo B & Vanessa, were not helpful, and the entire situation has been extremely frustrating. Good Bye T-Mobile! read more

Great customer service, everyone is more than helpful. We upgraded all 3 of our phones from sprint to T-Mobile. They had the phones we wanted in stock, but offered to go to another location to pick them up for us if they didn't. We upgraded on 3 different days so we had the pleasure of working with every employee. They even stayed after closing to finish setting up the last phone for us. great group of people, very professional and knowledgeable. Mannnn i wish I got the names of these cluck ass guys. Glasses and some trashy ass "love scars" with a broken heart tattoo on his right arm. Then some old fat bald guy with glasses too. I don't know if they were high, or have new employees but they starred at us until we spoke to them. Didn't introduce themselves or seem to know anything at all. We said "we're looking to add a line and get a phone with it" and the love scars dude just stared at us. I had to "are you going to talk at all and tell us about our options or anything at all. Are you okay?" And he just stood there and said "I thought you guys knew what you were doing" as if we can go into the back and grab our phones or add the line on their iPad or anything. Honestly probably one of the dumbest people I've ever talked to. Why they're employed? Great question. I called to get their names from a different phone number and they just let the phone ring.
