It too had reception problems. I drug my feet about bringing the receiver back. I was willing to pay $60 dollars for the time I had kept the phone but they demanded $160 and required me to return the hand set. They refused to budge on the $80 per month price and sited fine print in the contract I signed as justification for their gold-digger pricing. I paid the exorbitant price and washed my hands of them. Don't do business with these guys. They are rip-off artists.

This morning I had great service from Darren Nichols at the Buckeye on Adessa Drive in Lenoir City…read more He helped me get the MyAir system going on my ResMed Air Sense 11 CPAP. As a result it will provide detailed data to my physician, Dr. Nadrous, so that he is fully informed at our next appointment. Frankly, except for a few personal items to be filled in, he did ALL of it and made certain it was working properly. I believe it became apparent that I was somewhat "tech challenged" with the task. He also answered all of my questions. A person could not possibly ask for more. What an exceptional health service experience this was !

Ok, this is going to be long. So my alternator went out in my car. It was just about a year old so…read moreI went to this location, because I thought the person who put it in got the part here. That was Tuesday. The Manager said he would order the part and it would be here Wednesday morning, but they couldn't find where it had been purchased through them. So, I went there on Wednesday and the part was there. It got there before noon, so I was impressed. I just had to wait for the mechanic to take the part off my car. So finally today I go there with the part for the core and the associate, her name I think was Susan, maybe not, anyway, she looks and looks trying to find a receipt but can't. I understand,no problem. So she takes out the new part and starts looking at it and says, this is the wrong part. She and the manager start looking at it. They have me call the shop to verify the engine size. Turns out the person who bought the part to begin with bought the wrong one. Then the manager looks up the sales history for the one I brought in and there it was. So thanks to the manager and the associate, they were able to find the old receipt and do a warranty exchange, instead of me having to pay for it. They went above and beyond trying to help me out and I appreciate that so much. It saved me over $200. I will always take my business to them from now on!

I called and was told to just return the prescription with the paperwork and receipt and they'd replace it. I brought said items back and after a brief conversation with the clerk, he went to talk to the pharmacist (about a 10 minute conversation). When the pharmacist came to talk to me, he said it was impossible for them to make such a mistake and that he didn't know where I got the wrong item I was trying to return. I asked when I last made a purchase and he said April. The items I was returning were dated in May. He then said he understood that I was saying that I received the wrong prescription but that there was no He said there was nothing he could do but start an investigation. I suggested that the right prescription might have been misfiled in their drawers. Extremely reluctantly he started a search. First in the drawer with my last name's initials. Then finding nothing opened one drawer down and, low and behold, there was my prescription. No apology, turned and asked me to confirm my address. Definitely need to find a new pharmacy.
