My wife has some special medical issues and called our favorite shoe store in GA to find someone here in OH. They Thought - this store might be good to go to; MY WIFE Called the store to ask some questions when the 'owner' grabbed the phone from the employee - rudely told my wife they had NO time to talk to people on the phone or deal with people with special needs. He then hung up on her. I would not take my wife or go to someone who is that arrogant that they would not answer a customer service question on the phone. SO any in store "concern" or service in my opinion would be fake. (By the way- in the past 6yrs; we purchased at least 6pair of shoes from FOOT SOLUTIONS of ACWORTH, GA - our previous shoe store.)

Drew was the sales person that waited on me and made it worth the trip to the store he listen to my needs I'm gonna be the best plan for what I needed. There was no high-pressure he did not try to sell me things I didn't want. It is very rare to find this kind of retail service these days. I could not recommend this particular location enough. Returned on Monday and after checking the battery and having it fail the current test, they still would not give me my money back. Manager referred to the owner, whom also refused to give me my money back. This is a defective product, backed by poor customer support. Specifically the Fairlawn, OH store.
