One thing that I can rely on is the best service from T-Mobile and though along with their app you're able to not just receive great deals and swag every Tuesday but to manage your service by adding on services like "One-time Data Pass" which starts from 24hrs for $3 to 30 days for $50 of unlimited international calling which we needed nothing permanent is nice to just have for convenience. There are some services that you can't access via app a simple visit to the store which I did have some questions regarding my billing and changes that I made does take some time and just wanted to be sure it's be changed and T-Mobile Expert Zayuh P did just that and more. My bestie from decades ago did the research and told me that T-Mobile is the best for service and I do agree and thankfully and grateful have been faithful to them ever since. Thank you! read more

Lifesavers! Fast, Professional, and Covered by T-Mobile 360 Huge thanks to CPR Cell Phone Repair Kapolei! My Apple Pro Max 14's screen went completely black due to water damage, but I could still feel the phone was working underneath, like receiving notifications, so I tried everything I could to fix it myself. Unfortunately, I ended up getting locked out of the phone in the process. After two stressful days of going directly to the Apple store and being told it would cost $390 for the display repair, and I would still need to wait 5 days for Apple to verify me to unlock the phone! Hey everyone, if any of you did not hear about that t-mobile internet trial yet, PLEASE keep in mind that it is not a "FREE" trial as the sales rep says! They will tell you that your address is eligible and that you may choose to try out their internet services for 2 wks and if you are not satisfied with the connection, you would just have to return the device by a certain date and you will not get charged. Total bullshit! I am still debating on driving my ass back to t-mobile to speak to them regarding this situation. I literally just went there to add a apple watch and don't get me wrong, the male who had helped us was kind and polite but then FAILED to mention about being charged to try out their internet. I know damn well he did not inform us about this bill and we asked him multiple times if we were going to get charged and he reassured us that as long as we return the device within the 2 wks, we will not get charged. (mind you, he even wrote the date on the receipt) SHAKE MY HEAD. This is so unethical to do these kind of stunts to your customers, really really, it was like getting customers to sign up for those fake "free magazines" but only to get billed after an amount of time. HORRIBLE! I am currently at work so I do not have the receipt on hand cause I would mention this employees name, but I am too furious right now that I just had to get my warning across. I recommend that if you decide to go there to do any purchasing and they try to persuade you into trying their internet, just be sure you keep in mind, that if you do decide not to proceed with it, you will still get a fee. Came here for the first time trying to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. They currently had a deal which was buy a Samsung Galaxy S9 and get one free. I got a family plan (3 lines with unlimited everything) at $140. That's what I currently had already at Sprint, but with $11 per month insurance that I've been paying for 6yrs. My wife's Galaxy S6 had serious problems so we decided to use our insurance only to find out that even with insurance, I still had to pay quite a bit of money for a refurbished phone. On top of that, they had a sign for $25 a month (unlimited everything) per line and if you have 4 lines, the 5th line would be free so I decided to get that instead since it's way cheaper, but the staff member told me I couldn't get it because it's only for new customers and that if I wanted that price, that I'd have to circumvent the system by canceling my account and my phone number and reapply for that plan, but I can't change phone numbers. So with this poor way of "taking care of your committed customers," on top of other prior poor services, I've decided to hang it up. So anyways, when I entered the T-Mobile store, I was immediately greeted with hellos and the chosen guy, Iolana who helped me out did an outstanding job. We were there for about an hour because I had to call Sprint to unlock my phones so they could transfer all the photos and contacts and buy the Galaxy S9. My family and I left the store happy and it wasn't because of the super expensive phones, but because of Iolana and hos patience with my 100 questions and the phone deal which was buy a Galaxy S9 at the low $700 at $30 increments for 2yrs with no interest and contract in order to get the second phone for free. Although, I wanted to get it over with just buy the phone, you're not allowed to pay it off. This place is located next to TJ Maxx inside of Pearlridge. I went to inquire about cell phone plan prices tonight but I did not expect to have my privacy violated. If you want to open a new account, they will run a credit check (why though?) and call someone from their account services and ask for your name, ssn#, birthday and address out loud in front of everyone in the store. I highly recommend you call from the safety of your own home, I'm not sure how many people heard my info, but someone can easily open credit info with the info the sales people openly discussed tonight. read more

The Sales person was friendly, but I came in just to buy a portable charger and all I needed to do was to be rang up. 1 person was ahead of me and in the waiting period ( I would say it took 10 min for that person to get back in the store), Instead of the associate ringing me up while they waited they stood there playing on their phone. I gave 2 stars because the person that checked me in was extremely friendly, but I don't think it was right to make me wait 30 mins just to be rang up for a charger. I ended up leaving and went next door to TJ Maxx. I also ended up saving money on a portable charger and cable, plus it only took 5mins to be rang up. read more

So my wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and was helped by employee Tiffany. We kind of knew what we were upgrading to (in terms of which phone) however, still had some questions about the pricing and what not and Tiffany was able to answer our questions as well as work through some different options which helped in our final decision. I know that their job is also to sell some other items as well but after kindly declining, there wasn't a nagging push to sell you the item/upgrade/gadget (which could get annoying, and that's also because sometimes I get suckered in to something I don't need). Tiffany was always engaging in conversation throughout the whole process which was nice as it made the whole process go as smooth as it could. Very personable and kind. Now the only downfall to this experience and the reason I docked a star was because the system/tablet we were working on kept shutting down/lagging/glitching and we had to re-do a lot of the steps in the process (having to re-scan items, insert information, re-sign docs, etc.). If their systems were running properly, not 100% sure, but I believe we would've been out of there at least 20-30 minutes earlier. Tiffany apologized multiple times and thanked us for our patience. What shocked the both of us was that during small conversation, Tiffany informed us she was new, not sure how new she was to the job, but honestly, we would have thought she was a seasoned vet! Overall, despite the hiccups and quite long process to upgrade our phones, we were able to walk out with our new phones, screen protectors installed by staff, and smiles on our faces. I also must say, there was another sales person who I was observing here and there as we waited, and he too was very personable with the customers he interacted with. Training of staff here, well at least those we observed and worked with thus far at this location, must be close to top notch. read more

I went in to be added onto my boyfriends current plan. They insisted that they can't transfer my number to his plan. At the time, I was a bit wary about their answer but took the number they gave me anyways. I went about to let my family know if my phone number change; as well as changed my contact numbers in all of my accounts. Today, I talked to someone through customer service via phone from the mainland. They immediately helped me in transferring my old number to the new plan. All in all, the pearl ridge branch didn't even bother to find the correct answer for me. It was such an inconvenience on my part. It was my fault for being compliant and wasn't asking for more questions. But the fact that they wanted the easy way out instead of helping a customer really irritates me. And I am hard to irritate. It's almost Christmas and we all know how crazy it gets at the malls. With that being said. This T-Mobile store was awesome with dealing with the holiday rush. Urian was our helper, who was spectacular. We were greeted upon entering, put our name on the list and waited. They also gave us an option to take our number down and they would call us, so we were free to roam until our turn. How awesome is that. However we hung out in the store till our name was called. We first went in to get upgrades for my son's and mines phones. Urian was such a great help. Cracked some jokes with him and had a great attitude with all the chaos going on. I love the fact that he went out of his way to double check inventory for the iPhone that we were requesting and found one. Yay! We left with great satisfaction. We also returned within the next hour because we decided we should just pick up our kids iPads from there instead. We requested for urian who was busy with another customer. First off guys take the extra couple miles and go to the WAIMALU TMOBILE. WAY BETTER SALES ASSOCIATES AND CUSTOMER CARE. AS FOR PEARLRIDGE......I had called in seeing if they had a Samsung Note 10plus in Aura Glow. A Nahoku picked up and informed me that they did have it. Excited I went down to get it. I was greeted quickly by a young, short, filipino woman, I dont remember her name not did she tell me it, and no name tag. Seemed happy to be there, and went right into what I wanted. I told her I was going to upgrade my phone online but decided to come into the stores. Now online offered no down and to pay off all of my phone because of Jump. She offered no down but said I had to pay 300+ on my current phone to be able to upgrade. I left the store a little confused but had to check if i was able to do it. I walked back in a few minutes later and told let's do it but expressed concern about online offering a different thing. I even showed her and walked her through he online process. She was confused and told me no they would charge me after. I showed her exactly where it said it was going to pay off all 800 something dollars. She literally replied with " oh I dont think that's right, but you can go ahead and try it, see what happens. But I dont think itll work." I asked her if that was it and she said theres nothing she can do. She didnt even try to look into anything else. I went to Waimalu, and was greeted by Luke. Luke had a name tag and told told me his name. He also said sorry for the bad service at Pearlridge and within 2 minutes offered me the same deal as online did. He said "the tablet doesnt lie bro". Well today I visited T-Mobile in Pearlridge today update my account. I arrived just as the store opened at 10am (they actually the doors 10 minutes early with was awesome). I was greeted by the entire as I walked in. A young lady by the name of Brittney immediately assisted me and answered all of my initial to perfection. She explained everything to a tee and she also told me about all the great deals that were available. This was my best experience with customer service I've had in a long time. I visited this location on my break because I work in the mall, but I usually go to the Ewa Beach location. Immediately I was helped by the manager Micah, and thank God I was because after reading previous reviews and listening to the other associates with customers, I could understand why they said what they said. Nonetheless, my iPhone 7plus wasn't charging and the reason was unknown, so Micah gave me my options for what I can do, either buy a new phone or get a replacement, but if I went with the replacement, I'd have to wait 3-5 days.. so I decided to upgrade my phone. He was very nice and accommodating, he assured that he'll help me when the replacement comes and and sure enough, when it did, he did. If anyone visits this location, I suggest asking for Micah or another manager. From my two visits there, the other associates seem kind and helpful, but could improve on their selling skills. read more

As with any T-Mobile store, there may (more than likely) be a wait. So be ready to spend at least an hour here. You can't just snap your fingers and expect your turn to come quickly. Everyone has different concerns and unfortunately you just have to be patient. However, this review is long overdue and strictly for Daniel. I have followed him as a loyal customer from Hawaii Kai, to market city, and to pearl ridge, which is NO where close to where I live. Hell, I'll follow him to kapolei if he gets transferred there. He always makes sure everything is right with my plan and is more than willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I have referred every T-Mobile friend to him. I'm super happy because as time goes on, I'm not receiving surprise billings such as AT&F charges, ever higher each month. (Stay far away from AT&F). Very piss poor customer service here. I have been into this location many times in the past. Tonight takes the cake and I wasn't even there. We recently got the Galaxy Note 4. My gf and I love them, but she has been experiencing some problems with calls dropping in the middle of a conversation, not being able to send or receive text messages, or she gets a message that she cannot make calls because the phone is not on wifi. She goes to this store tonight, granted it was right before closing, she didn't get a name, but the guy that helped her and I use that term loosely basically told her to call customer service or go back to the original store we got the phones from and exchange it because we are within the 14 day return window. She ask if they had one available there and he told her they didn't and they weren't getting anymore at al. Never offered to even look at the phone or try to troubleshoot the problem. Just basically told her I don't want to help you Ms. Customer. Like I said, I have been in this store on several occasions before and the customer service here sucked everytime. I'm not sure what they teach their staff, but they need to re-evaluate and either retrain or fire and hire new people. She also asked if she could speak with a manager. He told her the manager already left a few hours ago. Now, that maybe true, but shouldn't there be a assistant manager or at the very least a team leader of some sort when closing the store. Call me crazy, but you are a csr- customer service representative and your job whether you like it or not is to service the customer, even if it means you gotta stay late. I work in the industry and nothing pisses me off.more than to hear or see someone in that position neglect the customer. I may not like all of my customers, but I will service them to the best of my abilities cause quite frankly....my paycheck is dependant on that customer.
