Well thanks T-Mobile for the free tumbler on Tuesday. Also thank you Auntie Nadine.C for reminding me I forgot all about free Tuesday . Since I was near Pearlridge I decided to stop at the T- Mobile location inside Uptown Pearlridge. Located ground floor near TJ Max . I was very lucky no line because my fellow Yelp buddy Paul .C post that the T-Mobile he was at there was a line . It's good to be a customer of T-Mobile because every Tuesday they have something going on. Support local

Hey everyone, if any of you did not hear about that t-mobile internet trial yet, PLEASE keep in mind that it is not a "FREE" trial as the sales rep says! They will tell you that your address is eligible and that you may choose to try out their internet services for 2 wks and if you are not satisfied with the connection, you would just have to return the device by a certain date and you will not get charged. Total bullshit! I am still debating on driving my ass back to t-mobile to speak to them regarding this situation. I literally just went there to add a apple watch and don't get me wrong, the male who had helped us was kind and polite but then FAILED to mention about being charged to try out their internet. I know damn well he did not inform us about this bill and we asked him multiple times if we were going to get charged and he reassured us that as long as we return the device within the 2 wks, we will not get charged. (mind you, he even wrote the date on the receipt) SHAKE MY HEAD. This is so unethical to do these kind of stunts to your customers, really really, it was like getting customers to sign up for those fake "free magazines" but only to get billed after an amount of time. HORRIBLE! I am currently at work so I do not have the receipt on hand cause I would mention this employees name, but I am too furious right now that I just had to get my warning across. I recommend that if you decide to go there to do any purchasing and they try to persuade you into trying their internet, just be sure you keep in mind, that if you do decide not to proceed with it, you will still get a fee. Gosh I am so livid, people like this is disgusting.

I was looking to get a new phone line and came here to get a quote. Came in on a Thursday 5/6 at around 1:00pm and there was no wait. I'm unsure of the girl who helped me but she was very informative. She attempted to get me the greatest deal and although I did not end up making my phone line here, she was still very friendly even when I left which I appreciated. Very good & professional customer service!

My concern remains with the overall troubleshooting approach. Multiple technicians quickly blamed my personal router, even though the outage started immediately after Hawaiian Telcom removed my TV Advantage package. The fix ultimately came from Hawaiian Telcom's side, not mine. They needed to clear the MAC address. Hopefully, future support does not default to "customer-owned equipment" before fully checking recent service changes. A less tech-savvy customer could have been without internet for days. Thank you Ms Maria O. for the robotic response/offer to provide assistance. I'll consider the issue closed.

We had a sales guy come to each one of our doors at Makakilo Gardens. Said he could install fiber…read moreoptic for faster internet and that everyone was doing it . So we switched over. Sales rep said he would schedule a day. We agreed and said weekends. Within a week, technician came, he just started working, didn't even acknowledge us. Where was the communication saying you were coming down? To make it even worse he left a big roll of the fiber optic line, I told him I just had it fixed where nothing was sticking out, and my other half told the guy we aren't suppose to have anything mounted on our walls because of HOA violation. He still mounted it on the wall and left a big roll of fiber optic hanging on my wall like we ghetto or something. Couple weeks later another technician came and left our swing chair all the way out and I thought that was weird. Next thing I know I have two @#$&!!! Boxes on my dam wall. Now I know why he left a big ass roll. Unbelievable . ALL UNITS ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONE BOX EACH. Now my walls get two !!!!!!! F $&@! Bull $&@!. I left it because it is not my neighbors fault . We called customer service and these mutha $&@ wanted to charge us for redoing it?!!!!! Even though the technician knows that it's wrong , just try walking in the back of all our units. All UNITS HAVE 1 f$&@! Box. believe within the company there is no communication, no guidance for technicians (or proper training) , no customer service, etc. I give this nice lady this though, we called once and she was very apologetic and said to return the box and keep the line. But what about the other box mounted next to ours ???!!! No body fixed it yet. We gave them this whole month to come down. No one came. We called a second time and that's when they said they want to charge us to get it re routed to our neighbors ??? Guess what June 24, 2026 still f$&@@@@@ there. I had enough of this bull $$$$&&&&&@@@@ . Don't go with Hawaiian Telcom. I guess I gotta be stuck with two mutha f$$$&&@@??? Boxes on my wall. I had my other half mount the two boxes on the brick walls instead of the wall to our unit . Still yet YOUR TECHNICIANS COULDVE DONE BETTER. Shall I even talk about how they be parking in any kind parking stalls when we have home owners that park in specific spots. I gotta tell them not once but twice to move their truck even if they aren't working on my unit ?? Do better. Better yet fix this problem . (AND NO I DON'T WANT TO BE PAST AROUND ON THE PHONE, NEED SOMEONE LOCALLY TO FIX THIS) Side note: The picture below is proof that technician left a big roll hanging on my wall . If I could rate this company with zero I would. DO NOT ENGAGE with this company. Run away. They…read moretalk a good story but implementation and service is the worst I have experienced in 30 years in business. The call the center is in the Philippines. When you need local help you need to go through layers of "so-called" offsite help. When you need a tech to be onsite especially when doing the cutover. They told us you can do it yourselves. That didn't work and now they are sending a tech over since our phone service still doesn't work when we asked several times for a tech to be onsite. It has taken us over a month from porting to still not having phone service. Their solution is that you have to buy more services which then takes LONGER to implement. I get companies are enamored with saving money with outsourcing, but at the end you end up losing clients with the crappy service. Wake up ServPac. We are trying to help local companies, but you need to step it up!

Be careful before you make a contract with this company. In the terms of agreement it looks like a…read more3 year deal. It's actually written in big letters, but it says 5 years in a smaller letter font in the order sheet. After 4 years in their contract, we had to cut costs during this hard pandemic situation and we are down sizing and wanted to terminate the contract. But they are still asking an early termination fee over $1800. No other communication company recently is asking for a 5 year contract. It's sad... In addition, they raised the monthly fee from $136.07 on the contract to $146.31 without any notice. It is automatic pay from my checking account, so nothing I can do.
