Service was friendly but the restaurant was basically empty the whole time we were there. However do not let this deter you. They are highly efficient and have a system therefore the wait goes fast. Just be sure to be situationally aware. They call out your number and it's hot and fresh. There was no room to sit on the steps/stoops so I stood and enjoyed my waffle. Personally, I feel like one Belgian waffle is sufficient to share between 2 people because it's rich and really sweet if you get the chocolate one. While I enjoyed it and the presentation was excellent, the waffle was very dense and really chewy. But I think that's how they are since it's made from yeast based dough.
