I signed up for one then the cashier informed me I couldn't use it that day. I called the manager over and he refused to let me use my card. I let them put back the cart full of groceries and walked out. Judging from the lack of customers in the store I don't know how this store stays open.

Bell peppers and bananas, first I went to use 2 bell peppers for dinner. Cut them open, ROTTED INSIDE WITH WORMS. Then, to top it off. Gave my toddler a banana the next morning and he said it taste yucky. So I open it up and it was mushy and brown. This was a yellow/green banana! Brand new bag of apples, GROSS and mushy inside. I don't know where they get their produce from but it is shit. Meat in the store looked nasty and grey. Just don't even waste your time and money. I was so mad that I wanted to go back up there and take it all back, but didn't even want to waste the gas for 30 min drive.

I placed the order early in the AMs. Despite this, my order wasn't ready at 8PM. Slightly before this junkhouse, I mean Walmart, closed. So I had to go drive to brookshire, where I had an incredible experience. You can I'll also have to mention that this Walmart only has swimming trunks that are the 3x size in the winter time. Fruit, Veggies: fresh carrots, green beans, oranges, OJ, peppers, onions, mixed cut veggies, blueberries, apples, celery, broccoli, sweet potatoes, even asparagus- all looked great - and were good prices Sliced cheese, granola- 3 different kinds, croissants, tasty fresh bread, sandwich meat. Huge selection of all those two. Then, since I was hungry- brownie bites, 2 kinds of gelato (tiramisu gelato ) milk, tea, pistachios.... I needed Benadryl gel, & liquid - both on sale. And a cute cotton shirt also ended up in the cart- on sale $9!! Lots of reduced prices. A great shopping trip. Food for a couple weeks and healthy choices in the grocery area. Ted and his wife restored this wonderful little store several years ago. They sell everything…read more Knick knacks, sovereigns, pottery, awesome barbecue, fishing equipment. I much prefer shopping here than Browders. Wonderful little small town gem.
