Sizing tends to be on the generous side, thought depending on the style, can vary a bit. This Old Navy in Tiger Town is sandwiched between Books-a-Million and Petco, behind the Buffalo Wild Wings. Some of the salespeople are phoning it in while others are more cheerful. The merchandise is pretty organized. Find bathrooms in the back right and dressing rooms in the middle of the store.

JUST BUY ONLINE - I just recently started shopping at Old Navy and I was pleased with their…read moreselection of clothes and their sales. Recently, I went shopping there again and had one of the WORST shopping experiences I've EVER had. I got an email that they were having a sale for one day only (12/7/19), and it said the sale was ONLINE AND IN STORE. When I went to purchase the items, multiple employees rudely told my mom and I that the sale was online only. So we left empty handed. We went home, and called the corporate number and the old navy employee on the phone said that it says on the website, that the sale is IN STORE AND ONLINE, and that they were not honoring the sale. One employee told me that I could purchase the items online, and then pick them up in store, so I went to go do that. In small print, it said "Before 4:00pm", well it was 8:00pm. So my mom called the 1-800 Old Navy number to cancel the order, so that she could place a regular online order. The woman claimed multiple times that she did in fact cancel the order, even though there was no sign of cancellation. We took her word for it. Now I currently have 2 of the same items coming to my house because she said she canceled the order when she actually didn't!!! This store is honestly quite useless, the employees are awful (except for one or two), and I WILL NO LONGER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
