I waited about 6 minutes when a manager walked by so I asked if there were no other cashiers to be called up to assist. He said he could not get enough help. I'm wondering not one of the other dozen employees have been trained on a register? What about you can you run a register? How about any manager or assistant manager in the store to help clear the line? "Nothing I can do. have a nice day" he told me. At 6 minutes per transaction and 13 in front of me, 1 hour and 18 minutes is too dam long to stand in any line in any store. Fellow patrons the only way we get treated with some respect is to walk out. I did. Seriously, a manager can't run a register? He was just unwilling to work just like the employees that didn't come to work that day, but he was getting paid... to not help! I will do my shopping elsewhere.
