I feel like I almost get a personal shopper and the girls even remember my brand preferences that I didn't know I had. One time we took my teenage girl down to Rogers for back-to-school shopping at 'the big stores'. We came home with her almost in tears from not finding anything. Went to Sophie the next day and walked out an hour later with all the goods and no stress. My daughter had the best time with the sales gals too. I went to this store and they were very pushy, but they had a pair of shoes on sale that I had…read morewanted. They did not have my size, so they called around and decided to ship them directly to me from another store. I waited and waited and never got the email receipt I was promised or the shoes. I called and the guy did not know what he was doing and sounded stoned. I heard another guy in the back ground laughing and trying to help. They finally were like we don't know call the Post Office, so I did. Then they directed me to UPS who directed me back to them. Then they told me it was shipped to Pennsylvania somewhere (far from Kansas) and that I had to take that up with the store. I called back and they were not cooperating until I got mad then they said they would "call around." TERRIBLE customer service!! I'd rather pay full price then go through that again!
